sanyog aadi ke dvaara anekaarth shabd ke prakrushnatopayogi ekaarth ke niyantrit ho jaane par jis shakti dvaara anyaarth ka gyaan hota hai vah shaabdi vyanjana hai.

anekaarth shabd ke kisi ek hi arth ke saath prasiddh arth bhi hote hain. jaise-

shankh-chakr-yut hari kahe, hot vishnu ko gyaan.

'hari' ke soorya, Singh, vaanar aadi anek arth hain; kitu shankh-chakr-yut kehne se yahaaain vishnu ka hi gyaan hota hai.

lakshanaamoola shaabdi vyanjana

jis prayojan ke liye lakshana ka aashray liya jaata hai vah prayojan jis shakti dvaara prateet hota hai use lakshanaamoola shaabdi vyanjana kehte hain.

aarthi vyanjana

jo shabdashakti vakta (kehne wala), boddhavya (jisse baat ki jaae), vaakya, anya-sannidhi, vaachya (vaktavya), prastaav (prakaran), desh kaal, cheshta aadi ki visheshata ke kaaran vyangyaarth ki pratiti karaati hai vah aarthi vyanyajana kahi jaati hai. is vyanyajana se soochit vyangya arthajanit hone se arth hota hai. arthaat kisi shabd-vishesh par avalambit naheen rahata.

jaise- prastaavavaishishtayotpannavaachyasanbhava- mein jahaaain prastaav se arthaat prakaranavash vakta ke kathan mein vyangyaarth ka bodh ho, vahaaain prastaav vaishishtayotpann aarthi vyanjana hoti hai.
