Goswami tulaseedaas 1497 - 1623 ek mahaan kavi the. unka janm raajaapur ksbe (vartamaan chitrakoot jila) uttar pradesh mein hua tha. kuchh vidvaan aapka janm samvat- 1568 vikrami mein soron shookarakshetr mein hua maanate hain. apne jeevanakaal mein unhonne 12 granth likhe. unhein sanskrut vidvaan hone ke saath hi hindi bhaasha ke prasiddh aur sarvashreshth kaviyon mein ek maana jaata hai. unako mool aadi kaavya raamaayan ke rachayita maharshi vaalmeeki ka avataar bhi maana jaata hai. shreeraamacharitmaanas vaalmeeki raamaayan ka prakaaraantar se aisa avadhi bhaashaantar hai jismein anya bhi kai krutiyon se mahatvapoorn saamagri samaahit ki gayi thi. raamacharitmaanas ko samast uttar Bhaarat mein bade bhaktibhaav se padha jaata hai. iske baad vinaya patrika unka ek anya mahatvapoorn kaavya hai. treta yug ke aitihaasik Ram-raavan yuddh par aadhaarit unke prabandh kaavya raamacharitmaanas ko vishv ke 100 sarvashreshth lokapriya kaavyon mein 46vaaain sthaan diya gaya.[1]

shreeraam se bheint

kuchh kaal raajaapur rahane ke baad ve pun: kaashi chale gaye aur vahaaain ki janta ko Ram-katha sunaane lage. katha ke dauraan unhein ek din manushya ke vesh mein ek pret mila, jisne unhein hanumaan ‌aji ka pata batalaaya. hanumaan ‌aji se milkar tulaseedaas ne unase shreeraghunaathaji ka darshan karaane ki praarthana ki. hanumaan‌aaji ne kaha- "tumhein chitrakoot mein raghunaathaji darshan hongein." is par tulaseedaas ji chitrakoot ki or chal pade.

sanskrut mein padya-rachana

Bhagwan shankar ne unhein aadesh diya ki tum apni bhaasha mein kaavya rachana karo. tulaseedaas ji ki neend uchat gayi. ve uthakar baith gaye. usi samay Bhagwan Shiv aur paarvati unke saamane prakat hue. tulaseedaas ji ne unhein saashtaang pranaam kiya. is par prasann hokar Shiv ji ne kaha- "tum ayodhya mein jaakar raho aur hindi mein kaavya-rachana karo. mere aasheervaad se tumhaari kavita saamaved ke samaan falavati hogi." itna kehkar gaureeshankar antardhaan ho gaye. tulaseedaas ji unki aajnyaa shirodhaarya kar kaashi se seedhe ayodhya chale gaye.

raamacharitmaanas ki rachana

sanvat‌ 1631 ka praarambh hua. daivayog se us varsh raamanavami ke din vaisa hi yog aaya jaisa tretaayug mein Ram-janm ke din tha. us din praat:kaal tulaseedaas ji ne shreeraamacharitmaanas ki rachana praarambh ki. do varsh, saat maheene aur chhbbees din mein yeh adbhut granth sampann hua. sanvat‌ 1633 ke maargasheersh shuklapaksh mein Ram-vivaah ke din saaton kaand poorn ho gaye.

tulaseedaas par Bhaarat sarkaar dvaara jaari daak ticket

iske baad Bhagwan ki aajnyaa se tulaseedaas ji kaashi chale aaye. vahaaain unhonne bhagavaan‌ vishvanaath aur maata annapoorna ko shreeraamacharitmaanas sunaaya. raat ko pustak vishvanaath-mandir mein rakh di gayi. praat:kaal jab mandir ke pat khole gaye to pustak par likha hua paaya gaya-satyan shivan sundaram‌ jiske neeche bhagavaan‌ shankar ki sahi (pushti) thi. us samay vahaaain upasthit logon ne "satyan shivan sundaram‌" ki aavaaj bhi kaanon se suni.

mrutyu

tulaseedaas ji jab kaashi ke vikhyaat ghaat aseeghaat par rahane lage to ek raat kaliyug moort roop dhaaran kar unke paas aaya aur unhein peeda pahuainchaane laga. tulaseedaas ji ne usi samay hanumaan ji ka dhyaan kiya. hanumaan ji ne saakshaat prakat hokar unhein praarthana ke pad rachane ko kaha, iske pashchaat unhonne apni antim kruti vinaya-patrika likhi aur use Bhagwan ke charanon mein samarpit kar diya. shreeraam ji ne us par swayam apne hastaakshar kar diye aur tulaseedaas ji ko nirbhaya kar diya.

sanvat‌ 1680 mein shraavan Krishna truteeya shanivaar ko tulaseedaas ji ne "Ram-Ram" kehte hue apna shareer parityaag kiya.

tulasi-stavan

janmate hi Ram-naam mukh se uchaari nij naam raamabola rakhavaaya gaye tulasi.
ratnaavali-si arddhaangini son seekh paaya Ram son pragaadh preeti paaya gaye tulasi.
maanas mein Ram ke charitra ki katha sunaaya Ram-ras jag ko chakhaaya gaye tulasi.

tulaseedaas ki rachanaaeain

apne 126 varsh ke deergh jeevan-kaal mein tulaseedaas ne kaalakramaanusaar nimnalikhit kaalajayi granthon ki rachanaaeain keen -

raamalalaanahachhoo, vairaagyasandeepani, raamaajnyaaaprashn, jaanki-mangal, raamacharitmaanas, satasai, paarvati-mangal, geetaavali, vinaya-patrika, Krishna-geetaavali, baravai raamaayan, dohaavali aur kavitaavali.

inmein se raamacharitmaanas, vinaya-patrika, kavitaavali, geetaavali jaisi krutiyon ke vishay mein kisi kavi ki yeh aarshavaani sateek prateet hoti hai - pashya devasya kaavyan, na mrunoti na jeeryati. arthaat devapurushon ka kaavya dekhiye jo na marata na puraana hota hai.

tulasi ke maanas ke poorv vaalmeekeeya raamaayan ki katha hi lok prachalit thi. kaashi ke panditon se maanas ko lekar tulaseedaas ka matabhed aur maanas ki prati par vishvanaath ka hastaakshar sambandhi janashruti prasiddh hai.

raamaajnyaa prashn

yeh jyotish shaastreeya paddhati ka granth hai. dohon, saptakon aur sargon mein vibhkt yeh granth raamakatha ke vividh mangal evam amangalamaya prasangon ki mishrit rachana hai. kaavya ki drushti se is granth ka mahattv naganya hai. sabhi ise tulaseekrut maanate hain. ismein katha-shrrunkhala ka abhaav hai aur vaalmeekeeya raamaayan ke prasangon ka anuvaad anek dohon mein hai.

dohaavali

dohaavali mein adhikaansh dohe maanas ke hain. kavi ne chaatak ke vyaaj se dohon ki ek lambi shrrunkhala likhkar bhakti aur prem ki vyaakhya ki hai. dohaavali doha sankalan hai. maanas ke bhi kuchh katha nirpeksh dohon ko ismein sthaan hai. sambhav hai kuchh dohe ismein bhi prakshipt hon, par rachana ki apraamaanikta asandigdh hai.

kavitaavali

kavitaavali tulaseedaas ki rachana hai, par sabha sanskaran athva anya sanskaranon mein prakaashit yeh rachana poori naheen prateet hoti hai. kavitaavali ek prabandh rachana hai. kathaanak mein apraasangikta evam shithilta tulasi ki kala ka kalank kaha jaayega.

geetaavali

geetaavali mein geeton ka aadhaar vividh kaand ka raamacharit hi raha hai. yeh granth raamacharitmaanas ki tarah vyaapak janasampark mein kam gaya prateet hota hai. isliye in geeton mein parivartan-parivrddhan drushtigt naheen hota hai. geetaavali mein geeton ke katha - sandarbh tulasi ki mati ke anuroop hain. is drushti se geetaavali ka ek geet liya ja sakta hai -
