taran ya tairaaki ek jalakreeda hai. iske antargat apne haath-pair ki sahaayata se jal mein gati karna hota hai jo kisi krutrim saadhan ke bina kiya jaata hai. tairaaki manoranjan bhi hai aur svaasthya ki drushti se laabhakar bhi.

aap apne avayavon ko paani mein dheela chhod deejiye aur aakaash ki or dekhte hue paani mein let jaaie, aapko yeh dekhkar aashcharya hoga ki aap doobate naheen hain. paani mein sthir rahane ka yeh dhang pehle seekhana chaahiye.

shareer mein sir sab se bhaari avayav hai, jisse naak ko aur praaniyon ki tarah paani ke oopar rakhakar tairana aarambh mein kathin hota hai.

laabh

tairana manushya ke liye bahut aavashyak hai. tairane se manushya ko anek laabh hote hain jaise ki:-

(1) ham apne ya doosaron ko doobne se bacha sakte hain.

(2) ham apna svaasthya achha rakh sakte hain. achhi tarah tairane se aatmavishvaas badhta hai. (3) yadi aap achha khele to khelo mein bhi bhaag le sakte hai. jaise-vaatar polo, open vaatar sviming, tairana (freestaail, baikastrok, bataraflaai, brestastrok) ityaadi.

tairane ke pramukh prakaar nimnalikhit hain:

chhaati ke bal tairana (brest stroke/Breast Stroke)

ismein tairanevaala chhaati ke bal paani par letakar nimnalikhit kriya karta hai :

1. donon haath aur pair dheele rakhakar badan ke neeche modna.

2. donon haathon ko milaakar saamane seedhe karna aur saath saath donon pair bhi ghutne ke neeche hilaakar seedhe karna.

3. seedhe pair kainchi ki tarah jor se ikaaa karna. isse paani jor se peechhe katega aur badan aage jaayaga.

4. donon haathon se paani ko kandhon ki taraf jor se dabaana. isse muainh paani ke oopar aaega aur shvaas lena aasaan hoga. kriya 1, 2, 3 mein paani mein sir dubaakar naak se saaains chhodi jaati hai aur 4 mein paani se sir oopar nikaalkar muainh se saaains li jaati hai.

peeth ke bal tairana (back stroke / Back Stroke)

isame tairanevaala paani par chit letata hai aur usaka sir thoda utha rahata hai. tairaak ko nimnalikhit kriya karni padti hai :

(1) donon haath modkar kandhe ki taraf lena aur donon pair dheele rakhakar najadeek lena.

(2) paani mein sir ke oopar haath seedhe karna aur saath hi saath ghutne ke neeche pair hilaakar seedhe karna.

(3) kainchi ki tarah pair ikaaa karke donon haath vartulaakaar paani mein hilaakar badan ke najadeek paani ko dabaate dabaate laana.

(4) isi sthiti mein badan ko dheela rakhakar aage badhna. is vidhi mein shvasan ke liye koi vishesh kriya naheen karni padti hai.

back kraul (Back Crawl)

ismein haath ki kriya do prakaar se hoti hai :

(1) donon haathon ko badan ke sameep laate hue dheele rakhakar modna aur paani ke baahar nikaalate hue sir ke peechhe paani mein seedhe rakhana aur paani ko dabaate dabaate donon haathon ko badan ke najadeek jor se lena.

(2) uparyukt kriya ko kramash: ek ke baad doosare haath se lagaataar karna. pair ki kriya -- donon pair seedhe rakhakar ghutne ke neeche aur oopar hilaana.

kraul ya free style (Crawl or Free Style)

isame haath ki kriya usi tarah hoti hai jaise oopar doosare prakaar mein likha hai. ek ke baad doosra haath sir ke saamane rakhakar paani neeche aur peechhe dabaana. paani mein haath dheela rakhakar baahar modte hue nikaalna. pair ko chhah baar oopar neeche hilaana. neeche hilaane ke samay aur dheela chhodna aur oopar jor se lena.

jab donon haath baahar nikaalate hain, tab sir ko daaeain, ya baaeain modkar muainh se shvaas lete hain. paani mein muainh dooba rahane par naak se shvaas chhodte hain.
