vishv svaasthya sangathan (WHO) ne san 1948 mein svaasthya ya aarogya ki nimnalikhit paribhaasha ki:

daihik, maanasik aur saamaajik roop se poornat: svasth hona (samasya-viheen hona) [1]

svaasthya sirf beemaariyon ki anupasthiti ka naam naheen hai. hamein sarvaangeen svaasthya ke baare mein avashya jaankaari honi chaahiye. svaasthya ka arth vibhinn logon ke liye alag-alag hota hai. lekin agar ham ek saarvabhaumik drushtikon ki baat karein to apne aapko svasth kehne ka yeh arth hota hai ki ham apne jeevan mein aanevaali sabhi saamaajik, shaareerik aur bhaavanaatmak chunautiyon ka prabandhan karne mein safalta poorvak saksham ho, vaise to apne aapko svasth rakhane ke dher saare aadhunik takaneek maujood hai lekin ye saare utane adhik kaaragar naheen hai.

samagr svaasthya ki paribhaasha

vishv svaasthya sangathan ke anusaar, svaasthya sirf rog ya durbalata ki anupasthiti hi naheen balki ek poorn shaareerik, maanasik aur saamaajik khushahaali ki sthiti hai. svasth log rojamarra ki gatividhiyon se nipatne ke liye aur kisi bhi parivesh ke mutaabik apna anukoolan karne mein saksham hote hain. rog ki anupasthiti ek vaanchhaneeya sthiti hai lekin yeh svaasthya ko poornataya paribhaashit naheen karta hai. yeh svaasthya ke liye ek kasauti naheen hai aur ise akele svaasthya nirmaan ke liye paryaapt bhi naheen maana ja sakta hai. lekin svasth hone ka vaastavik arth apne aap par dhyaan keindrit karte hue jeevan jeene ke svasth tareekon ko apnaaya jaana hai.

yadi ham ek abhinn vyaktitv ki ichha rakhate hain to hamein har hamesha khush rahana chaahiye aur man mein is baat ka bhi dhyaan rakhana chaahiye ki svaasthya ke aayaam alag alag tukadon ki tarah hai. at: agar ham apne jeevan ko koi arth pradaan karna chaahate hai to hamein svaasthya ke in vibhinn aayaamon ko ek saath fit karna padega. vaastav mein, achhe svaasthya ki kalpana samagr svaasthya ka naam hai jismein shaareerik svaasthya, maanasik sva sthya, bauddhik svaasthya, aadhyaatmik svaasthya aur saamaajik svaasthya bhi shaamil hai.

shaareerik svaasthya

shaareerik svaasthya shareer ki sthiti ko darshaata hai jismein iski sanrachana, vikaas, kaaryapranaali aur rakharakhaav shaamil hota hai. yeh ek vyakti ka sabhi pahaluon ko dhyaan mein rakhate hue ek saamaanya sthiti hai. yeh ek jeev ke kaaryaatmak aur/ya chayaapachaya kshamata ka ek star bhi hai. achhe shaareerik svaasthya ko sunishchit karne ke nimnalikhit kuchh tareeke hain-

  • (1) santulit aahaar ki aadatein, meethi shvaas va gahari neend
  • (2) badi aant ki niyamit gatividhi va santulit shaareerik gatividhiyaan
  • (3) naadi spandan, raktadaab, shareer ka bhaar va vyaayaam sahanash aalata aadi sab kuchh vyakti ke aakaar, aayu va ling ke liye saamaanya maanakon ke anusaar hona chaahiye.
  • (4) shareer ke sabhi ang saamaanya aakaar ke hon tatha uchit roop se kaarya kar rahe hon.

maanasik svaasthya

maanasik svaasthya ka arth hamaare bhaavanaatmak aur aadhyaatmik lacheelepan se hai jo hamein apne jeevan mein dard, niraasha aur udaasi ki sthitiyon mein jeevit rahane ke liye saksham banaati hai. maanasik svaasthya hamaari bhaavanaaon ko vyakt karne aur jeevan ki dher saari maaaingon ke prati anukoolan ki kshamata hai. ise achha banaae rakhane ke nimnalikhit kuchh tareeke hain-

  • (1) prasannata, shaanti va vyavahaar mein prafullata
  • (2) aatm-santushti (aatm-bhartsana ya aatm-daya ki sthiti na ho.)
  • (3) bheetar hi bheetar koi bhaavaatmak sangharsh na ho (sadaiv swayam se yuddharat hone ka bhaav na ho.)
  • (4) man ki santulit avastha.

bauddhik svaasthya

yeh kisi ke bhi jeevan ko badhaane ke liye kaushal aur gyaan ko viksit karne ke liye sanjnyaaanaatmak kshamata hai. hamaari bauddhik kshamata hamaari rachanaatmakata ko protsaahit aur hamaare nirnaya lene ki kshamata mein sudhaar karne mein madad karta hai.

  • (1) samaayojan karne waali buddhi, aalochna ko sveekaar kar sake va aasaani se vyathit na ho.
  • (2) doosaron ki bhaavaatmak aavashyakataaon ki samajh, sabhi prakaar ke vyavahaaron mein shisht rahana va doosaron ki aavashyakataaon ko dhyaan mein rakhana, nae vichaaron ke liye khulaapan, uchch bhaavaatmak buddhi.
  • (3) aatm-sanyam, bhaya, krodh, moh, jalan, aparaadhabodh ya chinta ke vash mein na ho. lobh ke vash mein na ho tatha samasyaaon ka saamana karne va unka bauddhik samaadhaan talaashane mein nipun ho.

aadhyaatmik svaasthya

hamaara achha svaasthya aadhyaatmik roop se svasth hue bina adhoora hai. jeevan ke arth aur uddeshya ki talaash karna hamein aadhyaatmik banaata hai. aadhyaatmik svaasthya hamaare niji maanyataaon aur moolyon ko darshaata hai. achhe aadhyaatmik svaasthya ko praapt karne ka koi nirdhaarit tareeka naheen hai. yeh hamaare astitv ki samajh ke baare mein apne andar gaharaai se dekhne ka ek tareeka hai.

  • (1) samuchit gyaan ki praapti tatha swayam ko ek aatma ke roop mein jaanane ka nirantar bodh. Supreme Doctor ke nirantar sampark mein rahana. swayam ko jaanane va anubhav karne waali aatma sadaiv shaant va pavitra hogi.
  • (2) apne shareer sahit is bhautik jagat ki kisi bhi vastu se moh na rakhana. doosari aatmaaon ke prabhaav mein aae bina unase bhaaichaare ka naata rakhana. is prakaar ek vyakti ke karm unnat honge tatha uchchastareeya va vishisht ho paaenge.
  • (3) Supreme Doctor ya sarvochch aatma se nirantar bauddhik sanpreshan taaki sakaaraatmak oorja praapt kar vishuddh karm ki or preshit ki ja sake. aatma swayam ko tatha doosaron ko vineet, anashvar tatha durgunarahit paaegi. use koi bhi saansaarik baadha trust naheen kar sakti.

saamaajik svaasthya

chooainki ham saamaajik jeev hain at: santoshajanak rishte ka nimaarn karna aur use banaae rakhana hamein svaabhaavik roop se aata hai. saamaajik roop se sabke dvaara sveekaar kiya jaana hamaare bhaavanaatmak khushahaali ke liye achhi tarah juda hua hai.

  • (1) aisi mitrata karein jo santoshaprad va deerghakaalik ho.
  • (2) parivaar va samaaj se jude sambandhon ko haardik va akshunn banaae rakhein
  • (3) apni vyaktigat kshamata ke anusaar samaaj ke kalyaan ke liye kaarya karna.

adhikaansh log achhe svaasthya ke mahattv ko naheen samajhte hain aur agar samajhte bhi hain to ve abhi tak iski upeksha kar rahe hain. ham jab bhi svaasthya ki baat karte hain to hamaara dhyaan shaareerik svaasthya tak hi seemit rahata hai. ham baaki aayaamon ke baare mein naheen sochate hain. achhe svaasthya ki aavashyakta ham sabko hai. yeh kisi ek vishesh dharm, jaati, sanpradaaya ya ling tak seemit naheen hai. at: hamein is aavashyak vastu ke baare mein gambheerta se sochana chaahiye. adhikaansh rogon ka mool hamaare man mein hota hai. ek vyakti ko svasth tab kaha jaata hai jab usaka shareer svasth aur man saaf aur shaant ho. kuchh logon ke paas bhautik saadhanon ki kami naheen hoti hai fir bhi ve du:khi ya manovaigyaanik star par uttejit ho sakte.

aayurved ke anusaar svaasthya ki paribhaasha

aayurved me svasth vyakti ki paribhaasha is prakaar bataai hai-

samadosh: samaagnishch samadhaatu malakriyaa: .
prasannaatmendriymanaa: svasth: ityabhidheeyate .
( jis vyakti ke dosh (vaat, kaf aur pitt) samaan hon, agni sam ho, saat dhaatuyein bhi sam hon, tatha mal bhi sam ho, shareer ki sabhi kriyaayein samaan kriya karein, iske alaava man, sabhi indriyaaain tatha aatma prasann ho, vah manusya svasth kahalaata hai ). yahaaain 'sam' ka arth 'santulit' ( na bahut adhik na bahut kam) hai.

svaasthya ki aayurved sammat avadhaarana bahut vyaapak hai. aayurved mein svaasthya ki avastha ko prakruti (prakruti athva maanaveeya gathan mein praakrutik saamanjasya) aur asvaasthya ya rog ki avastha ko vikruti (praakrutik saamanjasya se bigaad) kaha jaata hai. chikitsak ka kaarya rogaatmak chakr mein hastakshep karke praakrutik santulan ko kaayam karna aur uchit aahaar aur aushadhi ki sahaayata se svaasthya prakriya ko dubaara shuroo karna hai. aushadhi ka kaarya khoe hue santulan ko fir se praapt karne ke liye prakruti ki sahaayata karna hai. ayurvedik maneeshiyon ke anusaar upachaar swayam prakruti se prabhaavit hota hai, chikitsak aur aushadhi is prakriya mein sahaayata-bhar karte hain.

svaasthya ke niyam aadhaarbhoot brahmaandeeya ekta par nirbhar hai. brahmaand ek sakriya ikaai hai, jahaaain pratyek vastu nirntar parivrtit hoti rahati hai; kuchh bhi akaaran aur akasmaat naheen hota aur pratyek kaarya ka prayojan aur uddeshya hua karta hai. svaasthya ko vyakti ke sv aur uske parivesh se taalamel ke roop mein paribhaashit kiya ja sakta hai. vikruti ya rog hone ka kaaran vyakti ke sv ka brahmaand ke niyamon se taal-mel na hona hai.

aayurved ka kartavya hai, deh ka praakrutik santulan banaae rakhana aur shesh vishv se usaka taal-mel banaana. rog ki avastha mein, iska kartavya upatantron ke vikaas ko rokane ke liye sheegra hastakshep karna aur deh ke santulan ko pun: sanchit karna hai. praarambhik avastha mein rog sambandhi tattv asthaayi hote hain aur saadhaaran abhyaas se praakrutik santulan ko fir se kaayam kiya ja sakta hai.

yeh sambhav hai ki aap swayam ko svasth samajhte hon, kyonki aapka shaareerik rachanaatantr theek dhang se kaarya karta hai, fir bhi aap vikruti ki avastha mein ho sakte hain agar aap asantusht hon, sheegra krodhit ho jaate hon, chidchidaapan ya bechaini mahasoos karte hon, gahari neend na le paate hon, aasaani se faarig na ho paate hon, ubaasiyaaain bahut aati hon, ya lagaataar hichkiyaaain aati ho, ityaadi.

svasth vyakti ke shareer mein panch mahaabhoot, aayu, bal evam prakruti ke anusaar yogya maatra mein rahate hain. isse paachan kriya theek prakaar se kaarya karti hai. aahaar ka paachan hota hai aur ras, rakt, maaains, med, asthi, majja aur shukr in saaton dhaatuon ka nirmaan theek prakaar se hota hai. isse mal, mootr aur sved ka nirharan bhi theek prakaar se hota hai.

svaasthya ki raksha karne ke upaaya bataate hue aayurved kehta hai-

traya upastambha: aahaar: svapno brahmacharyamiti (charak sanhita sootr. 11/35)

arthaat shareer aur svaasthya ko sthir, sudrudh aur uttam banaaye rakhane ke liye aahaar, svapn (nidra) aur brahmacharya - ye teen upastambh hain. 'up' yaani sahaayak aur 'stambh' yaani khambha. in teenon up stambhon ka yatha vidhi sevan karne se hi shareer aur svaasthya ki raksha hoti hai.

isi ke saath shareer ko beemaar karne vaale kaaranon ki bhi charcha ki gayi hai yatha-

dhi dhruti smruti vibhrasht: karmayat kurutऽshubham.
prajnyaaaparaadhan tan vidyaatan sarvadosh prakopanam. -- (charak sanhita; shareer. 1/102)

arthaat dhi (buddhi), dhruti (dhaaran karne ki kriya, gun ya shakti/dhairya) aur smruti (smaran shakti) ke bhrasht ho jaane par manushya jab ashubh karm karta hai tab sabhi shaareerik aur maanasik dosh prakupit ho jaate hain. in ashubh karmon ko prajnyaaaparaadh kaha jaata hai. jo prajnyaaaparaadh karega uske shareer aur svaasthya ki haani hogi aur vah rogagrast ho hi jaaega.

svaasthya ka aadhunik drushtikon

svaasthya ki dekhbhaal ka aadhunik drushtikon aayurved ke samagr drushtikon ke vipreet hai; alag-alag niyamon par aadhaarit hai aur poori tarah se vibhaajit hai. ismein maanav-shareer ki tulana ek aisi machine ke roop mein ki gayi hai jiske alag-alag bhaagon ka vishleshan kiya ja sakta hai. rog ko shareer roopi machine ke kisi puraje mein kharaabi ke taur par dekha jaata hai. deh ki vibhinn prakriyaaon ko jaivikeeya aur aanavik staron par samjha jaata hai aur upachaar ke liye, deh aur maanas ko do alag-alag satta ke roop mein dekha jaata hai.
