sanskaran sanskrut ki "kru" dhaatu mein (jiska arth hai 'karna') sam upasarg milkar yeh shabd banta hai. sanskaroti, jiska saadhaaran bhaasha mein arth hai 'bhali prakaar karna'. isi se sanskaar ya sanskaran bane jinka arth hai bhali prakaar kiya hua kaarya ya parishkrut kaarya.
