raaj yog

alag-alag sandarbhon mein raajayog ke alag-alag anekon arth hain. aitihaasik roop mein, yog ki antim avastha samaadhi' ko hi 'raajayog' kehte the. kintu aadhunik sandarbh mein, hinduon ke chh: darshanon mein se ek ka naam 'raajayog' (ya keval yog) hai. maharshi patanyajali ka yogasootr iska mukhya granth hai.19veen shataabdi mein svaami vivekaanand ne 'raajayog' ka aadhunik arth mein prayog aarambh kiya tha.

raajayog sabhi yogon ka raaja kahalaata hai kyonki ismein pratyek prakaar ke yog ki kuchh na kuchh samaamigri avashya mil jaati hai. raajayog maharshi patanjali dvaara rachit ashtaang yog ka varnan aata hai. raajayog ka vishay chittavruttiyon ka nirodh karna hai. maharshi patanjali ne samaahit chitt vaalon ke liye abhyaas aur vairaagya tatha vikshipt chitt vaalon ke liye kriyaayog ka sahaara lekar aage badhne ka raasta sujhaaya hai. in saadhanon ka upayog karke saadhak ke kleshon ka naash hota hai, chittaprasann hokar gyaan ka prakaash failata hai aur vivekakhyaati praapt hoti hai.

pratyek vyakti mein anant gyaan aur shakti ka aavaas hai. raajayog unhein jaagrat karne ka maarg pradarshit karta hai-manushya ke man ko ekaagr kar use samaadhi naam waali poorn ekaagrata ki avastha mein panhucha dena. svabhaav se hi maanav man chanchal hai. vah ek kshan bhi kisi vaastu par thahar naheen sakta. is man chanchalata ko nasht kar use kisi prakaar apne kaaboo mein laana,kis prakaar usaki bikhri hui shaktiyo ko sametakar sarvochch dhyeya mein ekaagr kar dena-yahi raajayog ka vishay hai. jo saadhak praan ka sanyam kar,pratyaahaar,dhaarana dvaara is samaadhi avastha ki praapti karna chaahate he. unke liye raajayog bahut upayogi granth hai.

“aprateyak aatma avyakt brahm hai. baahya evam ant:prakruti ko vasheebhoot kar aatma ke is brahm bhaav ko vyakt karna hi jeevan ka charam lakshya hai.

karm,upaasana,manasanyam athva gyaan,iname se ek ya sabhi upayo ka sahaara lekar apna brahm bhaav vyakt karo aur mukt ho jaao.

bas yahi dharm ka sarvasv hai. mat,anushthaan,shaastr,mandir athva anya baahya kriya kalaap to gaun ang pratyang maatr hai."

parichay

yog ka arth hai chittavrutti ka nirodh. chittabhoomi ya maanasik avastha ke paaainch roop hain (1) kshipt (2) moodh (3) vikshipt (4) ekaagr aur (5) niruddh. pratyek avastha mein kuchh na kuchh maanasik vruttiyon ka nirodh hota hai. kshipt avastha mein chitt ek vishay se doosare vishay par daudta rahata hai. moodh avastha mein nidra, aalasya aadi ka praadurbhaav hota hai. vikshiptaavastha mein man thodi der ke liye ek vishay mein lagta hai par turant hi anya vishay ki or chala jaata hai. yeh chitt ki aanshik sthirta ki avastha hai jise yog naheen kah sakte. ekaagr avastha mein chitt der tak ek vishay par laga rahata hai. yeh kisi vastu par maanasik kendreekaran ki avastha hai. yeh yog ki pehli seedhi hai. niruddh avastha mein chitt ki sabhi vruttiyon ka (dhyeya vishay tak ka bhi) lop ho jaata hai aur chitt apni svaabhaavik sthir, shaant avastha mein aa jaata hai. isi nirudv avastha ko 'asanprajnyaaat samaadhi' ya 'asanprajnyaaat yog' kehte hain. yahi samaadhi ki avastha hai.

jab tak manushya ke chitt mein vikaar bhara rahata hai aur usaki buddhi dooshit rahati hai, tab tak tattvajnyaaan naheen ho sakta. raajayog ke antargat mahirsh patanjali ne ashtaang ko is prakaar bataaya hai-

yamaniymaasanapraanaayaamapratyaahaaradhaaranaadhyaanasamaadhay: .

uparyukt pratham paaainch 'yog ke bahirang saadhan' hain. dhaarana, dhyaan aur samaadhi ye teen yog ke antarang saadhan hain. dhyeya vishay ishvar hone par mukti mil jaati hai. yeh paramaatma se sanyog praapt karne ka manovaigyaanik maarg hai jismein man ki sabhi shaktiyon ko ekaagr kar ek kendra ya dhyeya vastu ki or laaya jaata hai.
