shailaputri
devi durga ke nau roop hote hain. durgaaji pehle svaroop mein 'shailaputri' ke naam se jaani jaati hain.[1] ye hi navadurgaaon mein pratham durga hain. parvataraaj himaalaya ke ghar putri roop mein utpann hone ke kaaran inka naam 'shailaputri' pada. navaraatr-poojan mein pratham diwas inheen ki pooja aur upaasana ki jaati hai.
shailaputri : maan durga ka pehla roop devi shailaputri ka poojan
navaraatri mein durga pooja ke avsar par bahut hi vidhi-vidhaan se maata durga ke nau roopon ki pooja-upaasana ki jaati hai. aaie jaante hain pratham devi shailaputri ke baare mein :-
maan durga ko sarvapratham shailaputri ke roop mein pooja jaata hai. himaalaya ke vahaan putri ke roop mein janm lene ke kaaran unka naamakaran hua shailaputri. inka vaahan vrushabh hai, isliye yeh devi vrushaaroodha ke naam se bhi jaani jaati hain. is devi ne daaen haath mein trishool dhaaran kar rakha hai aur baaen haath mein kamal sushobhit hai. yahi devi pratham durga hain. yahi sati ke naam se bhi jaani jaati hain. unki ek maarmik kahaani hai.
ek baar jab prajaapati ne yagya kiya to ismein saare devataaon ko nimantrit kiya, Bhagwan shankar ko naheen. sati yagya mein jaane ke liye vikl ho utheen. shankaraji ne kaha ki saare devataaon ko nimantrit kiya gaya hai, unhein naheen. aise mein vahaan jaana uchit naheen hai.
sati ka prabal aagrah dekhkar shankaraji ne unhein yagya mein jaane ki anumati de di. sati jab ghar pahuncheen to sirf maan ne hi unhein sneh diya. bahanon ki baaton mein vyangya aur upahaas ke bhaav the. Bhagwan shankar ke prati bhi tirskaar ka bhaav hai. daksh ne bhi unke prati apamaanajanak vachan kahe. isse sati ko klesh pahuncha. ve apne pati ka yeh apamaan na sah sakeen aur yogaagni dvaara apne ko jalaakar bhasm kar liya.
is daarun dukh se vyathit hokar shankar Bhagwan ne us yagya ka vidhvans kara diya. yahi sati agale janm mein shailaraaj himaalaya ki putri ke roop mein janmeen aur shailaputri kahalaain. shailaputri ka vivaah bhi Bhagwan shankar se hua. shailaputri shivji ki arddhaangini bani. inka mahatva aur shakti anant hai. paarvati aur hemavati bhi isi devi ke anya naam hain.

brahmachaarini
navaraatr parv ke doosare din maaain brahmachaarini ki pooja-archana ki jaati hai. saadhak is din apne man ko maaain ke charanon mein lagaate hain. brahm ka arth hai tapasya aur chaarini yaani aacharan karne waali. is prakaar brahmachaarini ka arth hua tap ka aacharan karne waali.
brahmachaarini : maan durga ka doosra svaroop
navaraatri mein durga pooja ke avsar par bahut hi vidhi-vidhaan se maata durga ke nau roopon ki pooja-upaasana ki jaati hai. aaie jaante hain adoosari devi brahmachaarini ke baare mein :-
Bhagwan shankar ko pati roop mein praapt karne ke liye ghor tapasya ki thi. is kathin tapasya ke kaaran is devi ko tapashchaarini arthaat brahmachaarini naam se abhihit kiya.
maandurga ki navashakti ka doosra svaroop brahmachaarini ka hai. yahaan brahm ka arth tapasya se hai. maan durga ka yeh svaroop bhakton aur siddhon ko anant fal dene wala hai. inki upaasana se tap, tyaag, vairaagya, sadaachaar aur sanyam ki vruddhi hoti hai. brahmachaarini ka arth tap ki chaarini yaani tap ka aacharan karne waali. devi ka yeh roop poorn jyotirmaya aur atyant bhavya hai. is devi ke daaen haath mein jap ki maala hai aur baaen haath mein yeh kamandal dhaaran kiye hain.
poorvajanm mein is devi ne himaalaya ke ghar putri roop mein janm liya tha aur naaradaji ke upadesh se Bhagwan shankar ko pati roop mein praapt karne ke liye ghor tapasya ki thi. is kathin tapasya ke kaaran inhein tapashchaarini arthaat brahmachaarini naam se abhihit kiya gaya. ek hajaar varsh tak inhonne keval fal-fool khaakar bitaae aur sau varshon tak keval jameen par rahakar shaak par nirvaah kiya.
kuchh dinon tak kathin upavaas rakhe aur khule aakaash ke neeche varsha aur dhoop ke ghor kasht sahe. teen hajaar varshon tak toote hue bilv patra khaae aur Bhagwan shankar ki aaraadhana karti raheen. iske baad to unhonne sookhe bilv patra khaana bhi chhod diye. kai hajaar varshon tak nirjal aur niraahaar rah kar tapasya karti raheen. patton ko khaana chhod dene ke kaaran hi inka naam aparna naam pad gaya.
kathin tapasya ke kaaran devi ka shareer ekdam ksheen ho gaya. devata, rishi, siddhagan, muni sabhi ne brahmachaarini ki tapasya ko abhootapoorv punya krutya bataaya, saraahana ki aur kaha -he devi aaj tak kisi ne is tarah ki kathor tapasya naheen ki. yeh tumheen se hi sambhav thi. tumhaari manokaamana paripoorn hogi aur Bhagwan chandramauli shivji tumhein pati roop mein praapt honge. ab tapasya chhodkar ghar laut jaao. jald hi tumhaare pita tumhein bulaane aa rahe hain.
maan brahmachaarini devi ki krupa se sarvasiddhi praapt hoti hai. durga pooja ke doosare din devi ke isi svaroop ki upaasana ki jaati hai. is devi ki katha ka saar yeh hai ki jeevan ke kathin sangharshon mein bhi man vichlit naheen hona chaahiye.

chandraghanta
maaain durgaaji ki teesari shakti ka naam chandraghanta hai. navaraatri upaasana mein teesare din ki pooja ka atyadhik mahatva hai aur is din inheen ke vigrah ka poojan-aaraadhan kiya jaata hai. is din saadhak ka man 'manipoor' chakr mein pravisht hota hai.

maan durga ki teesari shakti hain chandraghanta. navaraatri mein teesare din isi devi ki pooja-aaraadhana ki jaati hai. devi ka yeh svaroop param shaantidaayak aur kalyaanakaari hai. iseeliye kaha jaata hai ki hamein nirantar unke pavitra vigrah ko dhyaan mein rakhakar saadhana karna chaahiye. unka dhyaan hamaare ihalok aur paralok donon ke liye kalyaanakaari aur sadgati dene wala hai. is devi ke mastak par ghante ke aakaar ka aadha chandra hai. iseeliye is devi ko chandraghanta kaha gaya hai. inke shareer ka rang sone ke samaan bahut chamakeela hai. is devi ke das haath hain. ve khadg aur anya astr-shastr se vibhooshit hain.

is devi ki aaraadhana se saadhak mein veerata aur nirbhayata ke saath hi saumyata aur vinmrata ka vikaas hota hai. isliye hamein chaahiye ki man, vachan aur karm ke saath hi kaaya ko vihit vidhi-vidhaan ke anusaar parishuddh-pavitra karke chandraghanta ke sharanaagat hokar unki upaasana-aaraadhana karna chaahiye. isse saare kashton se mukt hokar sahaj hi param pad ke adhikaari ban sakte hain. yeh devi kalyaanakaari hai.

kooshmaanda
navaraatr-poojan ke chauthe din kooshmaanda devi ke svaroop ki hi upaasana ki jaati hai. is din saadhak ka man 'adaahat' chakr mein avasthit hota hai.
kushmaanda : maan durga ka chautha svaroop
navaraatri mein durga pooja ke avsar par bahut hi vidhi-vidhaan se maata durga ke nau roopon ki pooja-upaasana ki jaati hai. aaie jaante hain chauthi devi maan kushmaanda ke baare mein :-
navaraatri mein chauthe din devi ko kushmaanda ke roop mein pooja jaata hai. apni mand, halki hansi ke dvaara and yaani brahmaand ko utpann karne ke kaaran is devi ko kushmaanda naam se abhihit kiya gaya hai. jab srushti naheen thi, chaaron taraf andhakaar hi andhakaar tha, tab isi devi ne apne ishat haasya se brahmaand ki rachana ki thi. iseeliye ise srushti ki aadisvaroopa ya aadishkti kaha gaya hai.
is devi ki aath bhujaaen hain, isliye ashtabhuja kahalaain. inke saat haathon mein kramash: kamandal, dhanush, baan, kamal-pushp, amrutapoorn kalash, chakr tatha gada hain. aathavein haath mein sabhi siddhiyon aur nidhiyon ko dene waali jap maala hai. is devi ka vaahan Singh hai aur inhein kumhade ki bali priya hai. sanskruti mein kumhade ko kushmaand kehte hain isliye is devi ko kushmaanda.
is devi ka vaas sooryamandal ke bheetar lok mein hai. sooryalok mein rahane ki shakti kshamata keval inheen mein hai. iseeliye inke shareer ki kaanti aur prabha soorya ki bhaanti hi daideepyamaan hai. inke hi tej se dason dishaaen aalokit hain. brahmaand ki sabhi vastuon aur praaniyon mein inheen ka tej vyaapt hai.
achanchal aur pavitra man se navaraatri ke chauthe din is devi ki pooja-aaraadhana karna chaahiye. isse bhakton ke rogon aur shokon ka naash hota hai tatha use aayu, yash, bal aur aarogya praapt hota hai. yeh devi atyalp seva aur bhakti se hi prasann hokar aasheervaad deti hain. sachche man se pooja karne vaale ko sugamata se param pad praapt hota hai.
vidhi-vidhaan se pooja karne par bhakt ko kam samay mein hi krupa ka sookshm bhaav anubhav hone lagta hai. yeh devi aadhiyon-vyaadhiyon se mukt karti hain aur use sukh samruddhi aur unnati pradaan karti hain. antat: is devi ki upaasana mein bhakton ko sadaiv tatpar rahana chaahiye.

skandamaata
navaraatri ka paaainchavaaain din skandamaata ki upaasana ka din hota hai. moksh ke dwaar kholne waali maata param sukhadaayi hain. maaain apne bhakton ki samast ichhaaon ki poorti karti hain.

navaraatri mein durga pooja ke avsar par bahut hi vidhi-vidhaan se maata durga ke nau roopon ki pooja-upaasana ki jaati hai. aaie jaante hain maan durga ka paanchava roop skandamaata ke baare mein :-
is devi ki chaar bhujaaen hain. yeh daayeen taraf ki oopar waali bhuja se skand ko god mein pakade hue hain. neeche waali bhuja mein kamal ka pushp hai. baayeen taraf oopar waali bhuja mein varadamudra mein hain aur neeche waali bhuja mein kamal pushp hai.
pahaadon par rahakar saansaarik jeevon mein navachetana ka nirmaan karne vaaleen skandamaata. navaraatri mein paaainchavein din is devi ki pooja-archana ki jaati hai. kehte hain ki inki krupa se moodh bhi gyaani ho jaata hai. skand Kumar kaartikeya ki maata ke kaaran inhein skandamaata naam se abhihit kiya gaya hai. inke vigrah mein Bhagwan skand baalaroop mein inki god mein viraajit hain. is devi ki chaar bhujaaen hain.
yeh daayeen taraf ki oopar waali bhuja se skand ko god mein pakade hue hain. neeche waali bhuja mein kamal ka pushp hai. baayeen taraf oopar waali bhuja mein varadamudra mein hain aur neeche waali bhuja mein kamal pushp hai. inka varn ekdam shubhr hai. yeh kamal ke aasan par viraajamaan rahati hain. iseeliye inhein padmaasana bhi kaha jaata hai. Singh inka vaahan hai.
shaastron mein iska pushkal mahatva bataaya gaya hai. inki upaasana se bhakt ki saari ichhaaen poori ho jaati hain. bhakt ko moksh milta hai. sooryamandal ki adhishthaatri devi hone ke kaaran inka upaasak alaukik tej aur kaantimya ho jaata hai. at: man ko ekaagr rakhakar aur pavitra rakhakar is devi ki aaraadhana karne vaale saadhak ya bhakt ko bhavasaagar paar karne mein kathinaai naheen aati hai.
unki pooja se moksh ka maarg sulabh hota hai. yeh devi vidvaanon aur sevakon ko paida karne waali shakti hai. yaani chetna ka nirmaan karne vaaleen. kehte hain kaalidaas dvaara rachit raghuvansham mahaakaavya aur meghadoot rachanaaen skandamaata ki krupa se hi sambhav huin.
sinhasanagata nityan padmaashritkaradvaya. shubhadaastu sada devi skandamaata yashasvini.
kaatyaayani
maaain durga ke chhathe svaroop ka naam kaatyaayani hai. us din saadhak ka man 'aajnyaa' chakr mein sthit hota hai. yogasaadhana mein is aajnyaa chakr ka atyant mahatvapoorn sthaan hai.

navaraatri mein chhathe din maan kaatyaayani ki pooja ki jaati hai. inki upaasana aur aaraadhana se bhakton ko badi aasaani se arth, dharm, kaam aur moksh chaaron falon ki praapti hoti hai. uske rog, shok, santaap aur bhaya nasht ho jaate hain. janmon ke samast paap bhi nasht ho jaate hain.
is devi ko navaraatri mein chhathe din pooja jaata hai. kaatya gotr mein vishvaprasiddh maharshi kaatyaayan ne bhagavati paraamba ki upaasana ki. kathin tapasya ki. unki ichha thi ki unhein putri praapt ho. maan bhagavati ne unke ghar putri ke roop mein janm liya. isliye yeh devi kaatyaayani kahalaain. inka gun shodhakaarya hai. iseeliye is vaigyaanik yug mein kaatyaayani ka mahatva sarvaadhik ho jaata hai. inki krupa se hi saare kaarya poore jo jaate hain. yeh vaidyanaath naamak sthaan par prakat hokar pooji gain.
maan kaatyaayani amogh faladaayini hain. Bhagwan Krishna ko pati roop mein paane ke liye braj ki gopiyon ne inheen ki pooja ki thi. yeh pooja kaalindi yamuna ke tat par ki gayi thi.
iseeliye yeh brajamandal ki adhishthaatri devi ke roop mein pratishthit hain. inka svaroop atyant bhavya aur divya hai. yeh svarn ke samaan chamakeeli hain aur bhaasvar hain. inki chaar bhujaaen hain. daayeen taraf ka oopar wala haath abhayamudra mein hai tatha neeche wala haath var mudra mein. maan ke baaainyi taraf ke oopar vaale haath mein talavaar hai va neeche vaale haath mein kamal ka fool sushobhit hai. inka vaahan bhi Singh hai.

kaalaraatri

kaalaraatri ki upaasana karne se brahmaand ki saari siddhiyon ke darvaaje khulne lagte hain aur tamaam asuri shaktiyaan unke naam ke uchchaaran se hi bhayabheet hokar door bhaagane lagti hain.
naam se abhivyakt hota hai ki maan durga ki yeh saataveen shakti kaalaraatri ke naam se jaani jaati hai arthaat jinke shareer ka rang ghane andhakaar ki tarah ekdam kaala hai. naam se hi jaahir hai ki inka roop bhayaanak hai. sir ke baal bikhre hue hain aur gale mein vidyut ki tarah chamakane waali maala hai. andhakaaramaya sthitiyon ka vinaash karne waali shakti hain kaalaraatri. kaal se bhi raksha karne waali yeh shakti hai.
is devi ke teen netr hain. yeh teenon hi netr brahmaand ke samaan gol hain. inki saanson se agni niklati rahati hai. yeh gardabh ki savaari karti hain. oopar uthe hue daahine haath ki var mudra bhakton ko var deti hai. daahini hi taraf ka neeche wala haath abhaya mudra mein hai. yaani bhakton hamesha nidr, nirbhaya raho.
baayeen taraf ke oopar vaale haath mein lohe ka kaanta tatha neeche vaale haath mein khadg hai. inka roop bhale hi bhayankar ho lekin yeh sadaiv shubh fal dene waali maan hain. iseeliye yeh shubhankari kahalaain. arthaat inse bhakton ko kisi bhi prakaar se bhayabheet ya aatankit hone ki katai aavashyakta naheen. unke saakshaatkaar se bhakt punya ka bhaagi banta hai.
kaalaraatri ki upaasana karne se brahmaand ki saari siddhiyon ke darvaaje khulne lagte hain aur tamaam asuri shaktiyaan unke naam ke uchchaaran se hi bhayabheet hokar door bhaagane lagti hain. isliye daanav, daitya, raakshas aur bhoot-pret unke smaran se hi bhaag jaate hain. yeh grah baadhaaon ko bhi door karti hain aur agni, jal, jantu, shatru aur raatri bhaya door ho jaate hain. inki krupa se bhakt har tarah ke bhaya se mukt ho jaata hai.

mahaagauri
maaain durgaaji ki aathaveen shakti ka naam mahaagauri hai. durgaapooja ke aathavein din mahaagauri ki upaasana ka vidhaan hai. inki shakti amogh aur sady: faladaayini hai. inki upaasana se bhakton ko sabhi kalmash dhul jaate hain, poorvasanchit paap bhi vinsht ho jaate hain.

navaraatri mein aathavein din mahaagauri shakti ki pooja ki jaati hai. naam se prakat hai ki inka roop poornat: gaur varn hai. inki upama shankh, chandra aur kund ke fool se di gayi hai. ashtavarsha bhaved Gauri yaani inki aayu aath saal ki maani gayi hai. inke sabhi aabhooshan aur vastr safed hain. iseeliye unhein shvetaambaradhara kaha gaya hai. 4 bhujaaen hain aur vaahan vrushabh hai iseeliye vrushaaroodha bhi kaha gaya hai inko.
inke oopar wala daahina haath abhaya mudra hai tatha neeche wala haath trishool dhaaran kiya hua hai. oopar vaale baane haath mein damaroo dhaaran kar rakha hai aur neeche vaale haath mein var mudra hai. inki poori mudra bahut shaant hai. pati roop mein Shiv ko praapt karne ke liye mahaagauri ne kathor tapasya ki thi. isi vajah se inka shareer kaala pad gaya lekin tapasya se prasann hokar Bhagwan Shiv ne inke shareer ko ganga ke pavitra jal se dhokar kaantimya bana diya. unka roop gaur varn ka ho gaya. iseeliye yeh mahaagauri kahalaain.

Bhagwan Shiv ne bhi is devi ki krupa se yeh tamaam siddhiyaan praapt ki theen. is devi ki krupa se hi shivji ka aadha shareer devi ka hua tha. isi kaaran Shiv arddhanaareeshvar naam se prasiddh hue.
is devi ki pooja naunve din ki jaati hai. yeh devi sarv siddhiyaan pradaan karne waali devi hain. upaasak ya bhakt par inki krupa se kathin se kathin kaarya bhi chutaki mein sambhav ho jaate hain. Himachal ke nandaaparvat par inka prasiddh teerth hai. anima, mahima, garima, laghima, praapti, praakaamya, ishitv aur vashitv aath siddhiyaan hoti hain. isliye is devi ki sachche man se vidhi vidhaan se upaasana-aaraadhana karne se yeh sabhi siddhiyaan praapt ki ja sakti hain.

maan ke charanon mein sharanaagat hokar hamein nirantar niymanishth rahakar upaasana karna chaahiye. is devi ka smaran, dhyaan, poojan hamein is sansaar ki asaarata ka bodh karaate hain aur amrut pad ki or le jaate hain.

shailaputri- sampoorn jad padaarth bhagavati ka pahila svaroop hain patthar mitti jal vaayu agni aakaash sab shail putri ka pratham roop hain. is poojan ka arth hai pratyek jad padaarth mein paramaatma ko mahasoos karna. brahmachaarini- jad mein gyaan ka prasfuran, chetna ka sanchaar bhagavati ke doosare roop ka praadurbhaav hai. jad chetan ka sanyog hai. pratyek ankuran mein ise dekh sakte hain. chandraghanta-bhagavati ka teesara roop hai yahaaain jeev mein vaani prakat hoti hai jiski antim pariniti manushya mein baikhari (vaani) hai. kushmaanda- arthaat ande ko dhaaran karne waali; stri or purush ki garbhadhaaran, garbhaadhaan shakti hai jo bhagavati ki hi shakti hai, jise samast praaneemaatr mein dekha ja sakta hai. skandamaata- putravati maata-pita ka svaroop hai athva pratyek putravaan maata-pita skand maata ke roop hain. kaatyaayani- ke roop mein vahi bhagavati kanya ki maata-pita hain. yeh devi ka chhata svarup hai. kaalaraatri- devi bhagavati ka saatavaan roop hai jisse sab jad chetan mrutyu ko praapt hote hain or mrutyu ke samay sab praaniyon ko is svaroop ka anubhav hota hai. bhagavati ke in saat svaroopon ke darshan sabko pratyaksh sulabh hote hain parantu aathavaan or nauvaan svaroop sulabh naheen hai. mahaagauri ka aathavaan svaroop gaur varn hai. yeh gyaan athva bodh ka prateek hai, jise janm janmaantar ki saadhana se paaya ja sakta hai. ise praapt kar saadhak param siddh ho jaata hai. isliye ise siddhidaatri kaha hai. sandarbh -pro basant prabhaat Joshi ke aalekh se
