maigneshiym (uchchaarit/mæaaɡaaˈaaniːaaziəaam/) ek raasaayanik tattv hai, jiska chinh hai Mg, parmaanu sankhya 12 evam saamaanya okseedeshan sankhya +2 hai. hai. yeh kailshiym aur beriym ki tarah ek elkelaain arth dhaatu[1] hai evam pruthvi par aathavaaain bahul upalabdh tattv hai tatha bhaar ke anupaat mein 2% hai,[2] aur poore brahmaand mein naunva bahul tattv hai.[3][4] iske baahulya ka sambandh ye tathya hai, ki ye suparanova taaron mein teen heeliym naabhikon ke kaarban mein shrunkhalaagat tareeke se judne par maigneshiym ka nirmaan hota hai. maigneshiym aayan ki jal mein uchch ghulanasheelata ise saagar ke jal mein teesara bahul ghula tattv banaati hai.[5] maigneeshiym sabhi jeev jantuon ke saath manushya ke liye bhi upayogi tattv hai. yeh prakaash ka snot hai aur jalne par shvet prakaash utsarjit karta hai. yeh maanav shareer mein paae jaane vaale paanch pramukh raasaayanik tatvon mein se ek hai. maanav shareer mein upasthit 50% maigneeshiym asthiyon aur haddiyon mein hota hai jabki shesh bhaag shareer mein haane waali jaivik kiyaaon mein sahayogi rahata hai.
