madhumeh ya cheeni ki beemaari ek khatarnaak rog hai. yeh beemaari mein hamaare shareer mein agnaashaya dvaara insulin ka straav kam ho jaane ke kaaran hoti hai.[2] rakt glookoj star badh jaata hai, saath hi in mareejon mein rakt kolestraul, vasa ke avayav bhi asaamaanya ho jaate hain. dhamaniyon mein badlaav hote hain. in mareejon mein aaainkhon, gurdon, snaayu, mastishk, hrudaya ke kshatigrast hone se inke gambhir, jatil, ghaatak rog ka khatra badh jaata hai.[3]

madhumeh hone par shareer mein bhojan ko oorja mein parivrtit karne ki saamaanya prakriya tatha hone vaale anya parivrtanon ka vivran is prakaar se hai. kiya gaya bhojan pet mein jaakar ek prakaar ke indhan mein badalta hai jise glookoj kehte hain. yeh ek prakaar ki sharkara hoti hai. glookoj rakt dhaara mein milta hai aur shareer ki laakhon koshikaaon mein pahunchata hai. agnaashaya vah ang hai jo rasaayan utpann karta hai aur is rasaayan ko insulin kehte hain. inasulin bhi raktadhaara mein milta hai aur koshikaaon tak jaata hai. glookoj se milkar hi yeh koshikaaon tak ja sakta hai. shareer ko oorja dene ke liye koshikaaen glookoj ko upaapachit (jalaati) karti hai. ye prakriya saamaanya shareer mein hoti hain.

madhumeh hone par shareer ko bhojan se oorja praapt karne mein kathinaai hoti hai. pet fir bhi bhojan ko glookoj mein badalta rahata hai. glookoj rakt dhaara mein jaata hai. kintu adhikaansh glookoj koshikaaon mein nahi ja paate jiske kaaran is prakaar hain:

  • insulin ki maatra kam ho sakti hai.
  • insulin ki maatra aparyaapt ho sakti hai kintu isse riseptaron ko khola naheen ja sakta hai.

kaaran

hamaare bhojan mein carbohydrate ek pramukh tattv hai, yahi kailori va oorja ka srot hai. vaastav mein shareer ke 60 se 70% kailori inheen se praapt hoti hai. carbohydrate paachan tantr mein pahunchate hi glookoj ke chhote-chhote kanon mein badal kar rakt pravaah mein mil jaate hain isliye bhojan lene ke aadhe ghante bheetar hi rakt mein glookoj ka star badh jaata hai tatha do ghante mein apni charam seema par pahunch jaata hai.

glookoj grahan karne aur upaapachaya par insulin ka prabhaav. insulin apne riseptars (1) se juda jaata hai aur riseptar bahut si proteen kriyaanvayan prakaarya (2) aarambh kar dete hain. inmein glut-4 yaataayaatak ka plaajma membren tak visthaapan aur glookoj ka inflaks (3), glaaikojan sanshleshan (4), glaaikolisis (5) evam vasa aml sanshleshan (6) shaamil hain.

madhumeh ke sang hrudaya-dhamani rog

  • madhumeh rogiyon mein hrudaya-rog apekshaakrut kam aayu mein ho sakte hain. doosra ataik hone ka khatra sadaiv bana rahata hai.
  • rajonivrutti ke poorv mahilaaon mein estrojan haarmon ke kaaran hrudaya rogon ka khatra purushon ki apeksha kam hota hai. par madhumeh grasit mahilaaon mein yeh suraksha kavach niprabhaavi ho jaata hai aur inke hrudaya-rog ka khatra purushon ke samakaksh ho jaata hai.
  • madhumeh rogiyon mein hrudaya-dhamani rog maut ka pramukh kaaran hai.

madhumeh, hrudaya-rog, uchch raktachaap teenon hi jatil, gambhir va ghaatak rog hain. rogon ka ghanishth sambandh jeevan-shaili se to hai hi, saath hi teenon rogon ka aapas mein bhi ghanishth sambandh hota hai. ek rog hone par doosare rogon ka khatra badh jaata hai. rog gambhir, ghaatak, aniyantrit, laailaaj ho sakte hain. at niyamit antaraal mein chikitsakeeya pareekshan karavaayein, jisse in rogon ki shuruaati avastha mein hi pata lag sake.[3]

prabandhan

madhumeh hone ke kaaran paida hone waali jatiltaaon ki rokathaam ke liye niyamit aahaar, vyaayaam, vyaktigat svaasthya, safaai aur sambhaavit inasulin injekshan athva khaane waali davaaiyon (Doctor ke sujhaav ke anusaar) ka sevan aadi kuchh tareeke hain.

  • chinta, tanaav, vyagrata se mukt rahein.
  • teen maah mein ek baar rakt sharkara ki jaaainch karaavein.
  • bhojan kam karein, bhojan mein reshe yukt dravya, tarakaari, jau, chane, gehooain, baajare ki roti, hari sabji evam dahi ka prachuramaatra mein sevan karein. chana aur gehooain milaakar uske aate ki roti khaana behtar hai. chana tatha gehooain ka anupaat 1:10 ho.

  • charapare evam kashaaya rasayukt aahaar ka vishesh sevan karein.
  • maithun madhumeh ke rogiyon ke liye varjit naheen hai. maithun se shareer ka vyaayaam hota hai at: ise samay-samay par karte rahana chaahiye.
  • davaaon ka sevan chikitsak ke paraamarsh se hi karein.
  • nitya kuchh samay ke liye praanaayaam avashya karna chaahiye. jahaaain tak sambhav ho kuchh samay nange pair jameen par avashya chalana, yadaakada sthaan, jalavaayu ityaadi mein bhi badlaav karein. shakkar ke star ki niyamit jaaainch karaate rahein.

vyaayaam

vyaayaam se rakt sharkara star kam hota hai tatha glookoj ka upayog karne ke liye shaareerik kshamata paida hoti hai. pratighanta 6 ki.mi ki gati se chalne par 30 minute mein 135 kailori samaapt hoti hai jabki cycle chalaane se lagbhag 200 kailori samaapt hoti hai. methi daane se daayabiteej niyantrit ho jaati hai. raat ko 1 chammach metheedaana 1 gilaas gunagune paani mein bhigo dein. subah uthakar bina kulla kiye metheedaana chaba-chaba kar kha lein aur paani ko ghooaint-ghooaint kar pi lein. 2-3 maheene ke andar daayabiteej poori tarah niyantrit ho jaata hai.

madhumeh ke rogiyon ko "kapaal-bhaati praanaayaam" karne se bahut laabh hota hai.

tvacha ki dekh-bhaal

madhumeh ke mareejon ko tvacha ki dekhbhaal karna atyaavashyak hai. bhaari maatra mein glookoj se unamein keetaanu aur fafoondi lagne ki sambhaavana badh jaati hai. choonki rakt sanchaar bahut kam hota hai at: shareer mein haanikaarak keetaanuon se bachane ki kshamata na ke baraabar hoti hai. shareer ki surakshaatmak koshikaaen haanikaarak keetaanuon ko khatm karne mein asamarth hoti hai. uchch glookoj ki maatra se nirjaleekaran (di-haaidreshan) hota hai jisse tvacha sookhi ho jaati hai tatha khujali hone lagti hai.

dekhbhaal

madhumeh rogiyon ko apne shareer ki swayam dekhbhaal karni chaahiye. unhein chaahiye ki halke saabun ya halke garam paani se niyamit snaan karein. adhik garm paani se na nahaaen aur nahaane ke baad shareer ko bhali prakaar pochhein tatha tvacha ki silvaton vaale sthaan par vishesh dhyaan dein. vahaan par adhik nami jama hone ki sambhaavana hoti hai. jaisa ki bagalon, urumool tatha ungaliyon ke beech. in jagahon par adhik nami se fafoondi sankraman ki adhikaadhik sambhaavana hoti hai. tvacha sookhi na hone dein. jab aap sookhi, khujaleedaar tvacha ko ragadte hain to aap keetaanuon ke liye dwaar khol dete hain. paryaapt taral padaarthon ko lein jisse ki tvacha paaneedaar bani rahe.

ghaavon ki dekhbhaal

samay-samay par katane ya katarane ko taala naheen ja sakta hai. madhumeh ki beemaari vaale vyaktiyon ko maamooli ghaavon par vishesh dhyaan dene ki aavashyakta hai taaki sankraman se bacha ja sake. maamooli katane aur chhilne ka bhi seedhe upachaar karna chaahiye. unhein yathaasheeghr saabun aur garam paani se dho daalna chaahiye aur fir aayodin yukt alakohaal ya pratirodhi dravon ko na lagaaen kyonki unase tvacha mein jalan paida hoti hai. keval dauktari salaah ke aadhaar par hi pratirodhi kreemon ka prayog karein. un par visankramit kapda patti ya gaaj se baandh kar jagah ko surakshit karein.

yadi bahut adhik kat ya jal gaya ho, tvacha par kaheen par bhi aisa laaleepan, sujan, mavaad ya dard ho jisse keetaanu sankraman ki aashanka ho ya ringavarm, jananeindriya mein khujali ya fafoondi sankraman ke koi anya lakshan dikhe to chikitsak se turant sampark karein.

madhumeh ki beemaari mein rakt mein glookoj ke uchch star ke kaaran snaayu kharaab hone se sanvedanasheelata jaati rahati hai. pairon ki niyamit jaanch karein, paryaapt roshani mein pratidin pairon ki najadeeki jaanch karein. dekhein ki kaheen kataan aur kataran, tvacha mein kataav, kadaapan, fafole, laal dhabbe aur soojan to naheen hai. ungaliyon ke neeche aur unke beech dekhna na bhoolein. unki niyamit safaai karein. halke saabun se aur garam paani se pratidin saaf karein va pairon ki ungaliyon ke naakhoonon ko niyamit kaatate rahein. pairon ki suraksha ke liye joote pahanein.

madhumeh sambandhi aahaar
