ek maanchoo javaan aadmi

maanhu ya maanchoo (maanhu: Manju.svg, maanjoo; cheeni: 满aa族, maanjoo; angreji: Manchu) poorvottari cheen ka ek alpasankhyak samudaaya hai jinke jade janavaadi ganatantr cheen ke manchooriya kshetr mein hain. 17veen sadi mein cheen par ming raajavansh satta mein tha lekin unka patan ho chala tha. unhonne ming ke kuchh vidrohiyon ki madad se cheen par kbja kar liya aur san 1644 se apna raajavansh chalaaya, jo ching raajavansh kahalaata hai.[1] inhonein fir san 1911 ki 'shinha​aai kraanti' tak shaasan kiya, jiske baad cheen mein ganataantrik vyavastha aarambh ho gayi.

cheeni itihaas mein is bhoomika ke baavajood, maanhu log nasal se cheeni naheen hain, balki cheen ke uttar mein tungusi bhaashaaeain bolne vaale bade samudaaya ki ek shaakha hain. teen sau varshon ke saanskrutik sampark se aur aadhunik cheeni sarkaari neetiyon ke kaaran aadhunik maanhu logon ne cheen ke bahusankhyak haan cheeni samudaaya ke bahut taur-tareeke apna liye hain. adhiktar maanhu log ab maanhu bhaasha ki bajaae cheeni bhaasha bolte hain aur maanhu ko maatrubhaasha ke roop mein bolne vaale ab bujurg ho chale hain.[2] san 2010 mein cheen mein maanhuon ki janasainkhya 1 karod se jra adhik hai, jiske boote par ve cheen ka teesara sabse bada samudaaya hain, haalaanki 100 karod ki haan cheeni aabaadi ke saamane unki sankhya bahut kam hai.
