  • garmi ke dauraan naram, mulaayam, sooti kapde pahanana chaahiye jisse hava aur kapde shareer ke paseene ko sokhate rahate hain.
  • garmi mein thandaai ka sevan niyamit karna chaahiye. mausami falon ka sevan bhi laabhadaayak rahata hai jaise, kharabooja, tarabooj, angoor ityaadi.

  • bukhaar tej hone par rogi ko thandi khuli hava mein aaraam karavaana chaahiye.
  • 104 degree se adhik bukhaar hone par barf ki patti sir par rakhana chaahiye.
  • rogi ko turant pyaaj ka ras shahad mein milaakar dena chaahiye.
  • pyaas bujhaane ke liye neenboo ke ras mein mitti ke ghade athva suraahi ke paani ka sevan karavaana chaahiye. barf ka paani naheen pilaana chaahiye kyonki isse laabh ke bajaae haani ho sakti hai.
  • rogi ke shareer ko din mein chaar-paaainch baar geele tauliye se ponchhana chaahiye.
  • chai-kaufi aadi garm peya ka sevan atyant kam kar dena chaahiye.
  • kairi ka pana vishesh laabhadaayak hota hai. kachche aam ko garam raakh par mand aaainch vaale angaare mein bhunakar, thanda hone par usaka gooda nikaalkar usamein paani milaakar masalana chaahiye. ismein jeera, dhaniya, shakar, namak, kaaleemirch daalkar pana banaana chaahiye. pane ko loo ke rogi ko thodi-thodi der mein diya jaana chaahiye.
