vidhik seva praadhikran adhiniyam ki dhaara 19(5) ke anusaar lok adaalat ko nimnalikhit adhikaarita praapt hai-

  • lok adaalat ke kshetr ke nyaayaalaya mein lambit prakaran, athva
  • aise prakaran jo lok adaalat ke kshetreeya nyaayaalaya mein aate hon, lekin unke liye vaad sansthit na kiya gaya ho.

lok adaalat ke sadasya ki yogyata

  • (k) vidhi vyavasaayi vyakti ho, athva
  • (kh) aisa pratishthit vyakti ho, jo vidhik seva kaaryakramon evam yojanaaon ke kriyaanvayan mein vishesh roochi rakhata ho, athva
  • (g) aisa utkrusht saamaanya kaaryakartta ho, jo kamjor varg ke logon, mahilaaon, bachchon, graameen evam shahari shramikon ke utthaan ke liye kaarya kar raha hai.

lok adaalat ki shakti

jan upayogi sevaaon ke liye s‍aathaapit s‍aathaayi lok adaalaton ko jan aparaadhon ke liye kshetraadhikaar naheen hota hai, jismein maamale sulah karne yog‍aaya naheen rahate tatha un vaadon mein bhi kshetraadhikaar naheen hota jismein sam‍aapati das lakh roopaye se adhik ki hoti hai.

lok adaalat dvaara mukadaamon ka niptaara karne ke nim‍aanalikhit laabh hain-

  • vakeel par kharch naheen hota.
  • court-fees naheen lagti.
  • puraane mukadamein ki court-fees vaapas ho jaati hai.
  • kisi paksh ko saja naheen hoti. maamale ko baatcheet dvaara safaai se hal kar liya jaata hai.
  • muaavaja aur harjaana turant mil jaata hai.
  • maamale ka niptaara turant ho jaata hai.
  • sabhi ko aasaani se n‍aayaaya mil jaata hai.
  • faisala antim hota hai.
