karmayog kya hai[1]

is yog mein karm ke dvaara ishvar ki praapti ki jaati hai. shreemadbhagavadgeeta mein karmayog ko sarvashreshth maana gaya hai. gruhasth aur karmath vyakti ke liye yeh yog adhik upayukt hai. hamamein se pratyek kisi na kisi kaarya mein laga hua hai, par hamamein se adhikaansh apni shaktiyon ka adhiktar bhaag vyarth kho dete hain; kyonki ham karm ke rahasya ko naheen jaante. jeevan ki raksha ke liye, samaaj ki raksha ke liye, desh ki raksha ke liye, vishv ki raksha ke liye karm karna aavashyak hai. kintu yeh bhi ek satya hai ki du:kh ki utpatti karm se hi hoti hai. saare du:kh aur kasht aasakti se utpann hua karte hain. koi vyakti karm karna chaahata hai, vah kisi manushya ki bhalaai karna chaahata hai aur is baat ki bhi prabal sambhaavana hai ki upakrut manushya krutaghn niklega aur bhalaai karne vaale ke viruddh kaarya karega. is prakaar sukrutya bhi du:kh deta hai. fal yeh hota hai ki is prakaar ki ghatna manushya ko karm se door bhagaati hai. yeh du:kh ya kasht ka bhaya karm aur shakti ka bada bhaag nasht kar deta hai. karmayog sikhaata hai ki karm ke liye karm karo, aasaktirhit hokar karm karo. karmayogi iseeliye karm karta hai ki karm karna use achha lagta hai aur iske pare usaka koi hetu naheen hai. karmayogi karm ka tyaag naheen karta vah keval karmafal ka tyaag karta hai aur karmajanit du:khon se mukt ho jaata hai. usaki sthiti is sansaar mein ek daata ke samaan hai aur vah kuchh paane ki kabhi chinta naheen karta. vah jaanta hai ki vah de raha hai aur badle mein kuchh maaaingata naheen aur iseeliye vah du:kh ke changul mein naheen padta. vah jaanta hai ki du:kh ka bandhan 'aasakti' ki pratikriya ka hi fal hua karta hai.

geeta mein kaha gaya hai ki man ka samatv bhaav hi yog hai jismein manushya sukh-du:kh, laabh-haani, jaya-paraajaya, sanyog-viyog ko samaan bhaav se chitt mein grahan karta hai. karm-fal ka tyaag kar dharmanirpeksh kaarya ka sampaadan bhi pooja ke samaan ho jaata hai. sansaar ka koi kaarya brahm se alag naheen hai. isliye kaarya ki prakruti koi bhi ho nishkaam karm sada ishvar ko hi samarpit ho jaata hai. punarjanm ka kaaran vaasanaaon ya atrupt kaamanaaon ka sanchaya hai. karmayogi karmafal ke chakkar mein hi naheen padta, at: vaasanaaon ka sanchaya bhi naheen hota. is prakaar karmayogi punarjanm ke bandhan se bhi mukt ho jaata hai.

geeta ka karmayog

karmayog ka pratipaadan geeta mein vishd se hua hai. bhaarateeya darshan mein karm, bandhan ka kaaran maana gaya hai. kintu karmayog mein karm ke us svaroop ka niroopan kiya gaya hai jo bandhan ka kaaran naheen hota. yog ka arth hai samatv ki praapti (samatvan yog uchyate). siddhi aur asiddhi, safalta aur vifalta mein sam bhaav rakhana samatv kahalaata hai. yog ka ek anya arth bhi hai. vah hai karmon ka kushalata se sanpaadan karna (yog: karmasu kaushalam). iska arth hai, is prakaar karm karna ki vah bandhan na utpann kar sake. ab prashn yeh hai ki kaun se karm bandhan utpann karte hain aur kaun se naheen? geeta ke anusaar jo karm nishkaam bhaav se ishvar ke liye jaate hain ve bandhan naheen utpann karte. ve moksharoop paramapad ki praapti mein sahaayak hote hain. is prakaar karmafal tatha aasakti se rahit hokar ishvar ke liye karm karna vaastavik roop se karmayog hai aur iska anusaran karne se manushya ko abhyudaya tatha ni:shreyas ki praapti hoti hai.

geeta ke anusaar karmon se sannyaas lene athva unka parityaag karne ki apeksha karmayog adhik shreyaskar hai. karmon ka keval parityaag kar dene se manushya siddhi athva paramapad naheen praapt karta. manushya ek kshan bhi karm kiye bina naheen rahata. sabhi ajnyaaani jeev prakruti se utpann satv, raj aur tam, in teen gunon se niyantrit hokar, paravash hue, karmon mein pravrutt kiye jaate hain. manushya yadi baahya drushti se karm na bhi kare aur vishyon mein lipt na ho to bhi vah unka man se chintan karta hai. is prakaar ka manushya moodh auramithya aacharan karanevaala kaha gaya hai. karm karna manushya ke liye anivaarya hai. uske bina shareer ka nirvaah bhi sambhav naheen hai. Bhagwan Krishna swayam kehte hain ki teenon lokon mein unka koi bhi kartavya naheen hai. unhein koi bhi apraapt vastu praapt karni naheen rahati. fir bhi ve karm mein sanlagn rahate hain. yadi ve karm na karein to manushya bhi unke chalaae hue maarg ka anusaran karne se nishkriya ho jaaeainge. isse lokasthiti ke liye kiye jaanevaale karmon ka abhaav ho jaaega jiske falasvaroop saari praja nasht ho jaaegi. isliye aatmajnyaaani manushya ko bhi, jo prakruti ke bandhan se mukt ho chuka hai, sada karm karte rahana chaahiye. ajnyaaani manushya jis prakaar falapraapti ki aakaanksha se karm karta hai usi prakaar aatmajnyaaani ko lokasangrah ke liye aasaktirhit hokar karm karna chaahiye. is prakaar aatmajnyaaan se sampann vyakti hi, geeta ke anusaar, vaastavik roop se karmayogi ho sakta hai.
