junaapaani ke shilaavart Bhaarat ke Maharashtra raajya ke Nagpur nagar ke paas sthit junaapaani shahar mein mahaapaashaan shilaavart (badi shilaaon se jameen par bane gole) hain jo yahaaain praagaitihaasik kaal mein banaae gaye the. yahaaain pattharon ke aise 300 chakr mile hain. san 1879 mein itihaasakaar je॰ ऍcha॰ rivait-kaaranaik ne yahaaain khudaai karke inki khoj ki thi. in shilaavarton mein lohe ke khnjar, kulhaade, faavade, kangan, chhalle, taraashane ke paine aujaar aur chimte (jo shaayad kabhi lakdi ke daste rakhate the) mile hain. yahaaain laal aur kaali matti ke bartanon ke tukade bhi mile hain jinmein se kuchh par kaale rang se dijaain bane hue hain. kuchh jagahon par log bhi dafn hain aur vahaaain kearn (pattharon ki vyavasthit dheriyaaain) bane hue hain.[1][2]

itihaasakaaron ke anusaar yeh shilaavart shaayad 1000 isaapoorv kaal mein bane hon. kuchh pattharon par pyaalon ke chinh hain aur unhein dishaaon ke anusaar khada kiya gaya hai jis se yeh sambhaavana banti hai ki inka prayog khagol-jijnyaaasa se sambandhit raha ho. haalaanki bahut se shilaavart paashaan yug mein bane hote hain, apni nirmaan aayu ke mutaabik yeh shilaavart lauh yug mein bane the.[3][4]
