bhaarateeya ganaraajya

Rajasthan (dhaulapur va bharatapur ke alaava), uttar pradesh aur Delhi jaise raajyon mein jaat jaati anya pichhda varg ke roop mein vargeekrut ki gayi hain.[4][5][6][7]

20veen sadi aur vartamaan mein jaat Haryana[8] aur Punjab[9] mein raajanaitik roop se agrani bhoomika nibha rahe hain. Bhaarat ke chhate pradhaanamantri charan Singh sahit kuchh jaat neta khyaat raajanetaaon ke roop mein ubhare.

Pakistan

Pakistan mein badi sankhya mein jaat muslim rahate hain aur Pakistani Punjab tatha maute taur par Pakistan mein saarvajanik jeevan mein pramukh bhoomika mein hain. iske atirikt Pakistan-prashaasit Kashmir mein bhi jaat samudaaya nivaas karte hain.

Pakistan mein bhi jaat neta vishisht raajaneta hain jaise Asif Ali jradaari aur hina rabbaani khar.[10]

bhaarateeya sena mein badi sankhya mein jaat log hain jismein jaat rejimeint, sikh rejimeint, rajputana rifles aur grenediyrs shaamil hain, jinmein unhein veerata aur bahaaduri ke vibhinn puraskaar praapt huye hain. jaat log Pakistani sena (mukhyat: Punjab rejimeint) mein shaamil hain.[11]

yaduvanshaj Bhagwan Krishna ko jaat samudaaya apna poorvaj maanata hai. jaaton ki utpatti ke baare mein vibhinn mat hain parantu sveekrut siddhaant ke anusaar jaat moolat: bhaarateeya hain. sikandar se loha lene vaale poras ko bhi bahuda jaat bataaya jaata hai.[14]

jaat log vibhinn gotron mein vibhkt hain jinmein se kuchh gautr ek doosare par adhivyaapit hoti hain.[18]
