indira Gandhi antarraashtreeya vimaanakshetr (IATA: DEL, ICAO: VIDP) Bhaarat ki rajdhani evam raashtreeya rajdhani kshetr Delhi ka pradhaan antarraashtreeya vimaanakshetr hai. yeh nai Delhi nagar kendra se lagbhag 16 ki.mi.(10 meal) dakshin-pashchim disha mein sthit hai. Bhaarat ki poorv pradhaan mantri indira gaaaindhi ke naam par bana yeh Bhaarat ka vyastatam vimaanakshetr hai.[2][3] havaai adde ke naveenatam terminal-3 ke chaaloo ho jaane ke baad se 4 karod 60 lakh yaatri kshamata tatha varsh 2030 tak ki anumaanit yaatri kshamata 10 karod ke saath yeh Bhaarat ke saath-saath poore dakshin Asia ka sabse bada aur sabse mahattvapoorn vyaapaar sambandhi vimaanan kendra ban gaya hai. Bhaarat ki vaanijyik rajdhani Mumbai ke chhatrapati shivaaji antarraashtreeya vimaanakshetr ke saath iske aankade milaakar dekhein to ye donon dakshin Asia ke aadhe se adhik vimaan yaataayaat ko vahan karte hain.[4][5][6] is vimaanakshetr ke sanchaalak Delhi international airport limited (daayal) ise vishv ka agala antarraashtreeya traanjit hab banaane ke prayaas kar raha hai.[7]

lagbhag 5,220 ekad (2,110 hekteyar) ki bhoo-sanpada mein vistrut, Delhi vimaanakshetr raashtreeya rajdhani kshetr Delhi ke liye praathamik naagar vimaanan hab (kendra) hai. sarvapratham iska sanchaalan bhaarateeya vaayu sena ke paas tha, jiske baad usane iska prabandhan daayitv bhaarateeya vimaanapattan praadhikran ko saunp diya.[8] May 2006 se havaai adde ka prabandhan Delhi antarraashtreeya airport limited (daayal) ke paas aaya. daayal GMR samooh ke netrutv mein ek sanyukt udyam (jvaaint venchar) hai. daayal hi vimaanakshetr ke aage ho rahe vistaar evam aadhunikeekaran ke liye bhi uttaradaayi hai.[9] is nijeekaran ka bharpoor virodh bhaavipra karmachaariyon ne kiya[10], kintu antat: 3 May 2006 ko yeh prabandhan sthaanaantaran sampann ho gaya.[11]

varsh 2001-12 mein vimaanakshetr se 358.8 lakh yaatriyon ki aavaajaahi sampann hui[12] aur yahaan ke vistaar kaaryakram yojana ke anusaar iski kshamata varsh 2030 tak 10 karod yaatri tak ho jaayegi.[13] yahaan ke naye terminal bhavan ke 2010 ke raashtramandal khelon se poorv nirmaan ke baad hi iski vaarshik 340 lakh yaatriyon ki kshamata hai.[14] yahaan ka terminal-3 vishv ka 8vaan sabse bada yaatri terminal hai.[15] September 2008 mein yahaan 4.43 ki.mi lambi nayi udaanapatti (runway-3) ka udghaatan hua tha. indira Gandhi antarraashtreeya vimaanakshetr ko 2010 mein airport kaaunsil intaraneshanal dvaara 150-250 lakh yaatri shreni mein vishv ka chautha sarvottam vimaanakshetr, evam Asia-prashaant kshetr mein sarvaadhik pragati wala vimaanakshetr hone ka sammaan mila tha.[16] varsh 2011 mein vimaanakshetr ko isi parishad dvaara pun: 2.5-4 karod yaatri kshamata shreni mein vishv ka doosra sarvottam vimaanakshetr hone ka gaurav mila tha.[17][18][19] yeh sthaan Korea ke incheyan antarraashtreeya vimaanakshetr ke baad tha.[20] iske alaava varsh 2011 mein hi yeh vimaanakshetr vishv ka 34vaaain vyastatam vimaanakshetr bana jiski yaatri aavaagaman sankhya 3,47,29,467 rahi evam pichhle varsh ke mukaabale yaataayaat mein isne 17.8% ki badhottri bhi darj ki.[21]

1930 mein Delhi ka pratham havaai –adda safdarajang vimaanakshetr bana tha aur yahi 1962 tak Delhi ka pramukh havaai adda raha[22] badhte vaayu yaataayaat ke kaaran va safdarajang mein chhoti udaan-patti ki bade jet vimaanon ko utaar paane mein aksham hone ke kaaran se 1962 mein lagbhag sabhi naagrik udaan prachaalan ko Palam vimaan kshetr (tatkaaleen naam, jise baad mein i.gaaain.a.vimaanakshetr kar diya gaya) ko bhej di gain.[22] Palam vimaanakshetr ka nirmaan dviteeya vishv yuddh ke dauraan vaayu sena station, Palam ke roop mein kiya gaya tha aur angrejon ke jaane ke baad yeh 1962 tak maatr vaayu sena station ke roop mein hi kaarya kar raha tha.

Palam vimaanakshetr ki sarvochch yaatri kshamata 1300 yaatri prati ghanta thi.[23] 1970 ke dashak ke ant tak vaayu yaataayaat mein badhottri ke chalte, tatkaaleen terminal kshamata ke chaar guna kshamata wala naya terminal banaaya gaya. 2 May 1986 ko is naye bane terminal ke udghaatan ke samay Palam vimaanakshetr ko Bhaarat ki poorv pradhaan mantri shreemati indira Gandhi ke naam par vartamaan naam indira Gandhi antarraashtreeya vimaanakshetr diya gaya, jise angreji aadyaaksharon mein I.ji.I airport bhi kah diya jaata hai.

31 January 2006 ko Bhaarat ke tatkaaleen naagrik uddayan mantri shri prafull Patel ne ghoshana ki ki saksham mantri samooh ne Delhi vimaanakshetr ke prabandhan adhikaar ji.M.aar samooh sanchaalit di.I.A.L (daayal kansaurtiym) ko tatha Mumbai vimaanakshetr ke adhikaar ji.vi.ke samooh sanchaalit sangh ko dene ka nirnaya liya hai.[24]

2 May 2006 ko Delhi evam Mumbai vimaanakshetron ke prabandhan niji sanghon ko saunp diye gaye.[25]

bhaarateeya uddayan udyog ke oonchaaiyon ko chhoote samay mein evam vibhinn nimn-laagat niji sevaaon ke udyog mein aagaman se, vimaanakshetr ne yaatri sankhya evam yaataayaat mein ek badi uchhaal ka saamana kiya. inke kaaran anya vimaanaksh:etron sahit is havaai adde ke saamane bhi badi kathinaaiyaaain aayeen. terminal 1 ki anumaanit kshamata 71.5 lakh yaatri prati varsh hai. haalaanki varsh 2005-06 ke dauraan vaastavik yaatri aavaagaman 1 karod 40 lakh raha. antarraashtreeya terminal (tarmi.2) ko milaakar vimaanakshetr ki kul yaatri kshamata 1 karod 25 lakh yaatri prati varsh rahi, jabki 2006-07 mein kul yaatri sankhya 1.65 karod yaatri prati varsh thi.[28] varsh 2008 mein, vimaanakshetr mein kul yaatri sankhya 2.39 karod tak ja pahunchi.

Delhi ka havaai adda duniya mein sabse bade niyoktaaon mein se ek aanka gaya hai. Delhi ki aarthik sudrudhta banaaye rakhane mein iska bada yogadaan hai. aankadon ke anusaar yahaan paanch lakh se adhik karmachaari kaaryarat hain. Bhaarat ke raashtreeya anuprayukt aarthik anusandhaan parishad (enaseeeiaar) dvaara kiye gaye ek adhyayan se gyaat hua hai: Delhi ka indira Gandhi antarraashtreeya vimaanakshetr lagbhag 5.16 lakh logon ko pratyaksh rojagaar upalabdh karaata hai, jo America mein haartsafeeld Jackson etalaanta international airport mein kaaryarat logon ke mukaabale 18 pratishat adhik hai. rajdhani Delhi aur Bhaarat ke aarthik vikaas aur rojagaar par indira Gandhi antararaashtreeya vimaanakshetr ke prabhaav ka aakalan karne ke liye Bhaarat mein apni tarah ke is pehle adhyayan mein kaha gaya, Delhi havaai adde par rojagaar raashtreeya rojagaar ka 0.11 pratishat aur raajya mein rojagaar ka 8.47 pratishat hai.[29]

  • mukhya runway 10/28 (12,795 fut (3,900 mi)).

saath saath udaan bharne ki tatkaaleen aaranbhik prastaavit prakriyaaon (proseejars) ke kaaran vimaanakshetr ke pashchimi or jahaan runway 10/28 evam 9/27 ki kendra rekhaaen aapas mein kaatati hain, vahaan kai air-miss ghatnaaen huin. 25 December 2007 ko Qatar eyaravej ki eyarabas 320-200 evam ek indigo e320 yaan ke eyaramis ghatna ke sheegra baad se hi, runway prayog prakriyaaon mein savatantr pranaali (dipendent mod) pruthak karne ke liye anek badlaav kiye gaye. nayi prakriyaaon mein sabhi prasthaanon hetu runway 28 evam sabhi aagamanon hetu runway 27 ka prayog kiya jaane laga. yeh prakriya pichhli prakriyaaon se kaheen adhik buddhisangat lagi va 24 September 2008 tak poornakaaleen prayog mein laayi gayi.

21 August 2008 ko vimaanakshetr mein 1000 karod rupayon ki laagat se bana[31][32] 4.43 ki.mi lambe evam 75 mi. chaude runway-3 ka udghaatan hua.[33] is par eyarabas A 380 aur entonov AN 225 jaise bade vimaan bhi utar sakte hain. is udaan patti par vishv ka sabse lamba pakka visthaapit dyodhi (pevd displesment thresh-hold) (1460 mi.) hai. is visthaapan ke kaaran runway 29 ki upalabdh avataran lambaai ghat kar 2970 mi. rah gayi. is bade visthaapan (threshold dislesment) ka mukhya uddeshya niktavarti aavaaseeya kshetron se avataran karte vaayuyaanon dvaara kiya jaane wala shor kam karna tha. is udaan patti ke aane se havaai-adde ki kshamata 54-60 prati ghante se 85 prati ghanta ho gayi. yeh naya runway vaanijyik prachaalan mein 25 September 2008 se diya gaya. vartamaan mein runway 11/29 evam 10/28 sanyukt roop se nimn laagat vaayu sevaaon ke prayog hetu evam maal yaataayaat udaanon ke liye runway 10/28 prayog kiya jaata hai. anya sabhi udaanon hetu runway 11/29 ka prayog kiya jaata hai. runway 9/27 ka prayog adhikaanshat: taxi-maarg ke roop mein tatha 11/29 aur 10/28 ki anupalabdhata ke samay mukhya udaanapatti ke roop mein kiya jaata hai.

sabhi udaan pattiyon ke ekasaath prayog ke prayog 6 June 2012 se kiye jaane ka kaaryakram tha. vimaanakshetr ke pramukh runway 28/10 par peek ghanton ke samay bhaar ghataane hetu sabhi teen pattiyon ka prayog kiya jaayega.[34]

terminal 1si ka prayog keval antardesheeya aagaman udaanon hetu kiya jaata hai. terminal ke liye naya svaagat kshetr nishchit kiya gaya hai jismein kaafi bada sthaan hai. iske alaava yahaan ab pehle se kaheen bada panjeekrut maal praapti kshetr bhi hai. yahaan 6 baigej kairausal (belt) upalabdh hain.

terminal 3 vimaanakshetr vistaar ka pratham charan hai, jismein ek angreji ke 'U' aakaar ka bhavan maudyoolar roop mein banaaya gaya hai. 2010 se sabhi antarraashtreeya evam poorn seva vaayu-sanchaalakon ka prachaalan yahaan se aarambh ho gaya tha, jabki terminal 1 se maatr nimn bajat vaayu sevaaon ka prachaalan hi chalta hai. kaalaantar mein inhein bhi naye terminal parisar mein hi sthaan dene ki yojana hai.

antardesheeya vaayu sevaaon ke liye naye terminal se sanchaalan ki bahuprateekshit shuruaat ho chuki hai. kai baadhaaon ko paar karne ke uparaant Bhaarat ke raashtreeya kairiyr air India ne bhi apni antardesheeya seva tee3 se 11 November 2010 ko aarambh kar di thi. do anya vaayu sevaaen jet evam kingafishr naye terminal par 14 November 2010 se sabhi antardesheeya sevaaen de rahi hain. terminal ti 1di keval go air evam anya kam moolya vaayu sevaaon ke liye hi prayog kiya ja raha hai.[42]

haj terminal

vaarshik muslim teerthayaatra haj ke samay, haj hetu vishisht udaanein chalti hain, jo vishv ke anya kshetron ko ja rahe yaatriyon ke beech vyavadhaan se bachane hetu is pruthak terminal se chalaayi jaati hain. is antaraal mein aa rahe atirikt yaatriyon ko seva upalabdh karaane hetu ek alag terminal banaaya gaya hai, jahaan unke liye paryaapt sthaan niyat rahata hai. is terminal ki kshamata 1 karod yaatri prati varsh hai. is terminal ka prayog prativrsh hijri ke anusaar Eid ul fitr ke baad doosare maah se lagbhag do maah tak ke liye hota hai. varsh 2011 mein yeh 28 September se chaaloo hue is bhavan ko shesh das maah mein anya kaaryon ke liye prayog karne ki yojanaaen pragati par hain.

terminal 1e ka nirmaan 1990 ke dashak ke aarambh mein Indian airlines ki antardesheeya udaanon ke prayog hetu hi kiya gaya tha. kaalaantar mein hue ek agni kaand ke pashchaat yahaan ki aantarik banaavat evam sajja ka punarnirmaan kiya gaya. yahaan ke sanchaalak, daayal ne tab is terminal ka unnayan kaarya bhi kiya. ab yahaan nayi chamak damak ke sang aadhunik prasaadhan kaksh evam anya suvidhaaen bhi upalabdh hain. haalaanki bhavishya mein ye sabhi yahaan naye vistrut terminal bhavan ke nirmaan ke liye hataayi jaaengeen. is naye terminal ka nirmaan aagaami varshon mein poorn hone ko hai. isse poorv ye terminal air India kshetreeya dvaara 11 November 2010 tak naye terminal 3 ko sthaanaantarit ho jaane tak prayog kiya jaata tha. ab yeh terminal band hai aur yahaan ki antardesheeya udaanein terminal 1-di ko sthaanaantarit kar di gayi hain.

April 2009 se naye terminal 1di ke aarambh hone par yeh terminal band kar diya gaya hai.

1 May 1986 ko 95 karod rupaye ki laagat se taiyaar hue,[22] terminal 2 ko filhaal kaafi marammat evam adyatan aadi aavashyakta hai.[krupaya uddharan jodein] in kaaryon ke baare mein terminal 3 ke udghaatan hone se poorv hi vichaar kar liya gaya tha. in kaaryon mein poore terminal bhavan ka rang-rogan kiya gaya hai, puraani gahre rang ki khidkiyon aadi ko naye sheeshon se sajjit kiya gaya hai, farsh par nayi taails lagaayi gayi hain, deevaaron evam chhaton par nayi satahein evam faals seelings aadi lagaayi gayi hain, adhik aapravaas evam utpravaas patal (immigreshan evam imaaigreshan kaauntars) banaaye gaye hain, nayi baithane ki seatein lagaayi gayi hain, nayi baigej belts, adhik vyaapaarik laaunj, khaadya evam restaurents evam duty-mukt dukaanein badhaayi gayi hain. inmein se kai naye tee3 par sthaanaantarit kar di gayi hain. terminal 2 tee3 ke saath milkar hi sevaaen dega, jab tak ki naya terminal 4 naheen taiyaar ho jaata hai. uske taiyaar ho jaane par prastaavit master plaan ke anusaar ise dhvast kar diya jaayega.[43] vartamaan mein ye terminal prachaalan se mukt hai.
