fobas (angreji: Phobos) mangal grah ke do praakrutik upagrahon mein se sabse bada va najdeeki upagrah hai. yeh doosare upagrah deemos se se 7.24 guna bada hai. iska naam yoonaani devata fobas (arthaat "dar") ke naam par rakha gaya hai jo eris ka beta tha. donon chandramaaon ki khoj 1877 mein hui thi.

ek chhota, bedhange aakaar ka grah fobas mangal ke kendra bindu se 9,400 kilometer door, ya mangal ki satah se 6,000 kilometer door ghoomta hai.
