dharm (ya majhab) kisi ek ya adhik paralaukik shakti mein vishvaas aur iske saath-saath uske saath judi riti, rivaaj, parampara, pooja-paddhati aur darshan ka samooh hai.

is sambandh mein profesar mahaaveer saran jain ka abhimt hai ki aaj dharm ke jis roop ko prachaarit evam vyaakhyaayit kiya ja raha hai usase bachane ki jaroorat hai. vaastav mein dharm sanpradaaya naheen hai. jindagi mein hamein jo dhaaran karna chaahiye, vahi dharm hai. naitik moolyon ka aacharan hi dharm hai. dharm vah pavitra anushthaan hai jisse chetna ka shuddhikran hota hai. dharm vah tatv hai jiske aacharan se vyakti apne jeevan ko charitaarth kar paata hai. yeh manushya mein maanaveeya gunon ke vikaas ki prabhaavana hai, saarvabhaum chetna ka satsankalp hai.

madhyayug mein viksit dharm evam darshan ke paramparaagat svaroop evam dhaaranaaon ke prati aaj ke vyakti ki aastha kam hoti ja rahi hai. madhyayugeen dharm evam darshan ke pramukh pratimaan the- svarg ki kalpana, srushti evam jeevon ke karta roop mein ishvar ki kalpana, vartamaan jeevan ki nirrthakata ka bodh, apne desh evam kaal ki maaya evam prapanchon se paripoorn avadhaarana. us yug mein vyakti ka dhyaan apne shreshth aacharan, shram evam purushaarth dvaara apne vartamaan jeevan ki samasyaaon ka samaadhaan karne ki or kam tha, apne aaraadhya ki stuti evam jaya gaan karne mein adhik tha.

dharm ke vyaakhyaataaon ne sansaar ke pratyek kriyaakalaap ko ishvar ki ichha maana tatha manushya ko ishvar ke haathon ki kathaputali ke roop mein sveekaar kiya. daarshanikon ne vyakti ke vartamaan jeevan ki vipnnata ka hetu 'karm-siddhaant' ke sootr mein pratipaadit kiya. iski parinti madhyayug mein yeh hui ki vartamaan ki saari museebaton ka kaaran 'bhaagya' athva ishvar ki marji ko maan liya gaya. dharm ke thekedaaron ne purushaarthavaadi-maarg ke mukhya-dwaar par taala laga diya. samaaj ya desh ki vipnnata ko usaki niyti maan liya gaya. samaaj swayam bhi bhaagyavaadi bankar apni sukh-du:khaatmak sthitiyon se santosh karta raha.

aaj ke yug ne yeh chetna pradaan ki hai ki vikaas ka raasta hamein swayam banaana hai. kisi samaaj ya desh ki samasyaaon ka samaadhaan karm-kaushal, vyavastha-parivartan, vaigyaanik tatha takaneeki vikaas, parishram tatha nishtha se sambhav hai. aaj ke manushya ki ruchi apne vartamaan jeevan ko sainvaarane mein adhik hai. usaka dhyaan 'bhavishyonmukhi' na hokar vartamaan mein hai. vah divyataaon ko apni hi dharati par utaar laane ke prayaas mein laga hua hai. vah pruthvi ko hi svarg bana dene ke liye betaab hai.

islaam dharm

islaam dharm kuraan par aadhaarit hai. iske anuyaaiyon ko musalmaan kaha jaata hai. islaam keval ek hi ishvar ko maanata hai, jise musalmaan Allah kehte hai. hajrat muhammad Allah ke antim aur sabse mahaan sandeshavaahak (paigmbar ya rasool) maane jaate hain. islaam mein devataaon ki aur moortiyon ki pooja karna mana hai.

isaai dharm

isaai dharm baaibil par aadhaarit hai. isaai ek hi ishvar ko maanate hain, par use trimoorti ke roop mein samajhte hain -- paramapita parameshvar, unke putr isa maseeh (yeeshu maseeh) aur pavitra aatma.

sikh dharm

sikh dharm sikh ek hi ishvar ko maanate hain, baraabari, sahanasheelata, balidaan, nidrata ke niyamon par chalte hue ek niraale vyaktitv ke saath jeete hue us ishvar mein leen ho jaana sikh ka jeevan uddeshya hai. inka dharmagranth guru granth saahib hai.

bauddh dharm

bauddh dharm ishvar ke baare mein khaamosh hai. iske bajaay bauddh dharm aur karm ke siddhaanton ko maanate hai, jinko mahaatma Gautam buddh ne prachaarit kiya tha. kai bauddh Gautam buddh ki upaasana bhi karte hain.

panth aur sanpradaaya

panth aur sanpradaaya mein antar karte hue aachaarya vishvanaath prasaad mishr maanate hain ki panth vah hai jismein vichaar bhale hi praacheen hon kintu aachaar naya ho. bhaktikaaleen santon ki shikshaaon ko aachaar se jodte hue panth nirmaan ki aaranbhik avastha ka varnan karte hue ve likhte hain ki, "ye sant baatein to ve hi kehte the jo praacheen shaastron mein pehle hi kahi ja chukeen hain, kintu paddhati avashya vilkshan thi. keval aachaar ki nootanata ke kaaran hi ye panth kahalaate hain, sanpradaaya naheen."[1] panth ki sthaapana ke liye kuchh niyam upaniym banaaye jaane bhi aavashyak hote hain.[2]
