atisaar ka mukhya lakshan aur kabhi-kabhi akela lakshan, vikrut daston ka baar-baar aana hota hai. teevr dashaaon mein udar ke samast nichle bhaag mein peeda tatha bechaini prateet hoti hai athva malatyaag ke kuchh samay poorv maaloom hoti hai. dheeme atisaar ke bahut samay tak bane rahane se, ya ugr dasha mein thode hi samay mein, rogi ka shareer krush ho jaata hai aur jal hraas (dihaaidreshan) ki bhayankar dasha utpann ho sakti hai. khanij lavanon ke teevr hraas se raktapoorita tatha moorha (kauma) utpann hokar mrutyu tak ho sakti hai

yeh antadiyon mein adhik drav ke jama hone, antadiyon dvaara taral padaarth ko kam maatra mein avashoshit karne ya antadiyon mein mal ke teji se gujarane ki vajah se hota hai.
prakaar
daayariya ki do sthitiyaan hoti hain- ek, jismein din mein paanch baar se adhik mal tyaag karna padta hai ya patala mal aata hai. ise daayariya ki gambhir sthiti kaha ja sakta hai. aanupaatik daayariya mein vyakti saamaanyat: jitni baar mal tyaagata hai usase kuchh jyaada baar aur kuchh patala mal tyaagata hai.
''ugr atisaar- ugr (aikyoot) atisaar ka kaaran praay: aahaarajanya vish, khaadya vishesh ke prati asahishnuta ya sankraman hota hai. kuchh vishon se bhi, jaise sankhiya ya paarad ke lavan se, dast hone lagte hain.
jeern atisaar- jeern (kraunik) atisaar bahut kaaranon se ho sakta hai. aamaashaya athva agnyaashaya granthi ke vikaas se paachan vikrut hokar atisaar utpann kar sakta hai. aantr ke rachanaatmak rog, jaise arbud, sankirn (strikchar) aadi, atisaar ke kaaran ho sakte hain. jeevaanuon dvaara sankraman tatha jaivavishon (tauksin) dvaara bhi atisaar utpann ho jaata hai. in jaivavishon ke udaaharan hain raktavishaaktata (septiseemiya) tatha raktapoorita (yooreemiya). kabhi ni:sraavi (endokraain) vikaar bhi atisaar ke roop mein prakat hote hain, jaise aideesan ke rog aur atyavatukata (haaipar thaairauyadijm). bhaya, chinta tha maanasik vyathaaeain bhi is dasha ko utpann kar sakti hain. tab yeh maanasik atisaar kaha jaata hai.
chikitsa
daayariya ugr ya jeern (kronik) ho sakti hai aur pratyek prakaar ke daayariya ke bhinn-bhinn kaaran aur ilaaj hote hain. daayariya se utpann jatiltaaon mein nirjaleekaran (di-haaidreshan), ilektrolaait (khanij) asaamaanyata aur maladvaar mein jalan, shaamil hain. nirjaleekaran (di-haaidreshan) ko peenevaale rihaaidreshan ghol ki sahaayata se kam kiya ja sakta hai aur aavashyak ho to ant:shira dravya ki madad bhi li ja sakti hai.
chikitsa ke liye rogi ke mal ki pareeksha karke rog ke kaaran ka nishchaya kar lena aavashyak hai, kyonki chikitsa usi par nirbhar hai. kaaran ko jaanakar usi ke anusaar vishisht chikitsa karne se laabh ho sakta hai. rogi ko poorn vishraam dena tatha kshobhak aahaar bilkul rog dena aavashyak hai. upayukt chikitsa ke liye kisi visheshagya chikitsak ka paraamarsh uchit hai.
