a. The Russian language is recognised as a language of state and other institutions (Article 6 of the Constitution) and is widely used.
b. Annulled by Georgia immediately thereafter.
c. To establish, retroactively, de jure independence since the 1992–1993 war.
d. By Russia. Since then, a further 5 UN member states have also recognised Abkhazia's independence.
e. De facto currency. Several Abkhazian apsar commemorative coins have been issued. The apsar is on a fixed exchange rate, pegged to the Russian ruble (1 ruble = 0.10 apsar).

abakhaajiya (uchchaaran sahaayata /æaabˈaakeɪaaʒaaə/ roosi : Аaaбaaхaaаaáaaзaaиaaя Abhazia) aanshik roop se antarraashtreeya pehchaan praapt vivaadit kshetr hai jiski ek svatantr sarkaar hai. yeh kshetr kaala saagar ke poorvi tat aur kaukas ke dakshin pashchim mein sthit hai. yeh jaurjiya ka ek hissa tha jo ki ise aaj bhi svatantr desh ka darja naheen deta.

abakhaajiya apne aap ko abakhaajiya ganaraajya athva apsani ke roop mein ek samprabhu raajya ka darja deta hai.[10][11][12][13][14] ise roos, nikaaraaguaa, venejuela aur nauru ne poorn samprabhu[15] tatha dakshin osetiya ne aanshik samprabhu raashtra ka evam traansanistriya aur naagorno-kaaraabaakh ne agyaat raajya ke roop mein rakha hai.[16][17]
