aarya samaaj ek hindu sudhaar aandolan hain. jiski sthaapana svaami dayaanand sarasvati ne 1875 mein Mumbai mein Mathura ke svaami virjaanand ki prerana se ki thi.[1] yeh aandolan paashchaatya prabhaavon ki pratikriya svaroop hindu dharm mein sudhaar ke liye praarambh hua tha. aarya samaaj mein shuddh vaidik parampara mein vishvaas karte the tatha moorti pooja, avataaravaad, bali, jhoothe karmakaand va andhavishvaason ko asveekaar karte the. ismein chhuaachhoot va jaatigt bhedabhaav ka virodh kiya tatha striyon va shoodron ko bhi yajnyaopaveet dhaaran karne va ved padhne ka adhikaar diya tha. svaami dayaanand sarasvati dvaara rachit satyaarth prakaash naamak granth aarya samaaj ka mool granth hai. aarya samaaj ka aadarsh vaakya hai: krunvanto vishvamaaryam, jiska arth hai - vishv ko aarya banaate chalo.

aarya shabd ka arth hai shreshth aur pragatisheel. at: aarya samaaj ka arth hua shreshth aur pragatisheelon ka samaaj, jo vedon ke anukool chalne ka prayaas karte hain. doosaron ko us par chalne ko prerit karte hain. aaryasamaajiyon ke aadarsh maryaada purushottam Ram aur yogiraaj Krishna hain. maharshi dayaanand ne usi ved mat ko fir se sthaapit karne ke liye aarya samaaj ki neenv rakhi. aarya samaaj ke sab siddhaant aur niyam vedon par aadhaarit hain. aarya samaaj ki maanyataaon ke anusaar falit jyotish, jaadoo-tona, janmapatri, shraaddh, tarpan, vrat, bhoot-pret, devi jaagaran, moorti pooja aur teerth yaatra managadhnt hain, ved viruddh hain. aarya samaaj sachche ishvar ki pooja karne ko kehta hai, yeh ishvar vaayu aur aakaash ki tarah sarvavyaapi hai, vah avataar naheen leta, vah sab manushyon ko unke karmaanusaar fal deta hai, agala janm deta hai, usaka dhyaan ghar mein kisi bhi ekaant mein ho sakta hai.

iske anusaar dainik yagya karna har aarya ka karttavya hai. paramaanuon ko na koi bana sakta hai, na uske tukade hi ho sakte hain. yaani vah anaadi kaal se hain. usi tarah ek paramaatma aur ham jeevaatmaaen bhi anaadi kaal se hain. paramaatma paramaanuon ko gati de kar srushti rachata hai. aatmaaon ko karm karne ke liye prerit karta hai. fir chaar rishiyon ke man mein 20,378 vedamantron ka arth sahit gyaan aur apna parichay deta hai. satyaarth prakaash aarya samaaj ka mool granth hai. anya maananeeya granth hain - ved, upanishd, shad darshan, geeta va vaalmeeki raamaayan ityaadi. maharshi dayaanand ne satyaarth prakaash mein in sabka saar de diya hai. 18 ghante samaadhi mein rahane vaale yogiraaj dayaanand ne lagbhag aath hajaar kitaabon ka manthan kar adbhut aur kraantikaari satyaarth prakaash ki rachana ki.

ishvar ka sarvottam aur nij naam om hai. usamein anant gun hone ke kaaran uske brahma, mahesh, vishnu, ganesh, devi, agni, shani vagairah anant naam hain. inki alag- alag naamon se moorti pooja theek naheen hai. aarya samaaj varnavyavastha yaani braahman, kshatriya, vaishya va shoodr ko karm se maanata hai, janm se naheen. aarya samaaj svadeshi, svabhaasha, svasanskruti aur svadharm ka poshaak hai.

aarya samaaj srushti ki utpatti ka samay chaar arab 32 karod varsh aur itna hi samay pralaya kaal ka maanata hai. yog se praapt mukti ka samay vedon ke anusaar 31 neel 10 kharab 40 arab yaani ek paraant kaal maanata hai. aarya samaaj vasudhaiv kutunbakam ko maanata hai. lekin bhoomandaleekaran ko desh, samaaj aur sanskruti ke liye ghaatak maanata hai. aarya samaaj vaidik samaaj rachana ke nirmaan va aarya chakravarti raajya sthaapit karne ke liye prayaasarat hai. isasamaaj mein maans, ande, beedi, cigarette, sharaab, chai, mirch-masaale vagairah ved viruddh hote hain.

aarya samaaj ke das niyam

  • 1. sab satyavidya aur jo padaarth vidya se jaane jaate hain, un sabka aadimool parameshvar hai.
  • 2. ishvar sachchidaanandasvaroop, niraakaar, sarvashaktimaan, nyaayakaari, dayaalu, ajanma, anant, nirvikaar, anaadi, anupam, sarvaadhaar, sarveshvar, sarvavyaapak, sarvaantaryaami, ajar, amar, abhaya, nitya, pavitra aur srushtikrta hai, usi ki upaasana karne yogya hai.
  • 3. ved sab satyavidyaaon ka pustak hai. ved ka padhana – padhaana aur sunana – sunaana sab aaryon ka param dharm hai.
  • 4. satya ke grahan karne aur asatya ke chhodane mein sarvada udyat rahana chaahiye.
  • 5. sab kaam dharmaanusaar, arthaat satya aur asatya ko vichaar karke karne chaahiyein.
  • 6. sansaar ka upakaar karna is samaaj ka mukhya uddeshya hai, arthaat shaareerik, aatmik aur saamaajik unnati karna.
  • 7. sabse preetipoorvak, dharmaanusaar, yathaayogya vartana chaahiye.
  • 8. avidya ka naash aur vidya ki vruddhi karni chaahiye.
  • 9. pratyek ko apni hi unnati se santusht na rahana chaahiye, kintu sab ki unnati mein apni unnati samajhni chaahiye.
  • 10. sab manushyon ko saamaajik, sarvahitkaari, niyam paalne mein paratantr rahana chaahiye aur pratyek hitkaari niyam paalne sab svatantr rahein.

aaryasamaaj ka yogadaan

  • svaami ji ne dharm parivartan kar chuke logon ko pun: hindu banane ki prerana dekar shuddhi aandolan chalaaya.[2]
  • aaj videshon tatha yog jagat mein namaste shabd ka prayog bahut saadhaaran baat hai. ek jamaane mein iska prachalan naheen tha - hindu log bhi aisa naheen karte the. aaryasamaajiyo ne ek doosare ko abhivaadan karne ka ye tareeka prachalit kiya. ye ek samay samaajiyon ki aur ab bhaarateeyon ki pehchaan ban chuka hai.

aarya samaaj aur Bhaarat ka navajaagaran

aarya samaaj ne Bhaarat mein raashtravaadi vichaaradhaara ko aage badhaane mein mahattvapoorn yogadaan kiya hai. iske anuyaayiyon ne bhaarateeya svatantrata aandolan mein badh-chadh kar bhaag liya. aarya samaaj ke prabhaav se hi bhaarateeya raashtreeya Congress ke bheetar svadeshi aandolan aarambh hua tha. svaameeji aadhunik Bhaarat ke dhaarmik netaaon mein pratham mahaapuroosh the jinhone 'svaraajya' shabd ka prayog kiya. aarya samaaj ne hindu dharm mein ek nayi chetna ka aarambh kiya tha. svatantrata poorv kaal mein hindu samaaj ke navajaagaran aur punarutthaan aandolan ke roop mein aarya samaaj sarvaadhik shaktishaali aandolan tha. yeh poore pashchim aur uttar Bhaarat mein sakriya tha tatha supt hindu jaati ko jaagrut karne mein sanlagn tha. yahaaain tak ki aarya samaaji prachaarak fiji, maareeshas, gayaana, trinidaad, dakshin Africa mein bhi hinduon ko sangathit karne ke uddeshya se pahuainch rahe the. aarya samaajiyon ne sabse bada kaarya jaati vyavastha ko todne aur sabhi hinduon mein samaanata ka bhaav jaagrut karne ka kiya.

samaaj sudhaar

19veen shataabdi mein Bhaarat mein samaaj sudhaar ke aandolanon mein aaryasamaaj agrani tha. 1875 mein sthaapana ke sheegra baad hi iski prasiddhi tatkaaleen samaaj vichaarakon, aachaaryon, samaaj sudhaarakon aadi ko prabhaavit karne mein safal hui, aur kuchh varshon baad hi aaryasamaaj ki sampoorn Bhaarat ke pramukh shaharon mein shaakhaayein sthaapit ho gayi. svaameeji ke vidvataapoorn vyaakhyaanon tatha chamatkaarik vyaktitv ne yuvaaon ko aaryasamaaj ki or moda. anya samakaaleen saamaajik dhaarmik aandolanon ki apeksha aaryasamaaj sahi artha mein adhik raashtravaadi tha. ayah Bhaarat mein panap rahe pashchimeekaran ke virooddh adhik aakramanakaari svabhaav rakhane wala aandolan tha.

aarya samaaj ne apni sthaapana se hi saamaajik kureetiyon ke virooddh aandolan ka shankhanaad kiya, jaise-jaativaadi jadmoolak samaaj ko todna, mahilaaon ke liye samaanaadhikaar, baalavivaah ka unmoolan, vidhva vivaah ka samarthan, nimn jaatiyon ko saamaajik adhikaar praapt hona aadi. svaami dayaanand sarasvati ne aarya samaaj ki sthaapana ke peechhe uparokt saamaajik navajaagaran ko mukhya aadhaar banaaya. unka vishvaas tha ki naveen prabuddh Bhaarat mein, navajaagrut hote samaaj mein, naye Bhaarat ka nirmaan karna hai to samaaj ko bandhanamukt karna pratham kaarya hona chaahiye. swayam braahman hote hue bhi svaami ji ne braahmanon ki satta ke khandan ka pratipaadan kiya aur dhaarmik andhavishvaas va karmakaandon ki teevr bhartsana ki. alpakaal mein hi ve Bhaarat ke samaaj sudhaar ke kshetr mein naveen gyaan-jyoti ke roop mein udayeemaan hue. ismein unhonein paaya ki bhaarateeya yuva paashchaatya anukaran par jor de raha hai. at: unhonein paashchaatya sanskruti par shaktishaali prahaar kiya aur bhaarateeya gaurav ko sadaiv ooncha kiya.

saamaanyat: svaameeji ne bhaarateeya samaaj tatha hindoodharm mein prachaalit doshon ko ujaagar karne ke saath hi aanchalik panthon aur anya dharmo ki bhi aalochna ki. purohitvaad par karaara prahaar karte hue svaameeji ne maana tha ki svaarthon aur ajnyaaani purohiton ne puraanon jaise grantho ka sahaara lekar hindu dharm ka bhrasht kiya hai. svaami ji dharm sudhaarak ke roop mein moortipooja, karmakaand, puraanapanthi, tantravaad ke ghor virodhi the. iske liye unhone vedon ka sahaara lekar vibhinn drushtaant kiye. isse inhone susupt bhaarateeya janamaanas ko chetanya karne ka adbhut prayaas kiya. svaami ji ne hinduon ko heen, patit aur kaayar hone ke bhaav se mukt kiya aur unamein utkat aatmavishvaas jaagrut kiya. falasvaroop samaaj pashchim ki maanasik daasata ke virooddh drudh aatmavishvaas tatha sankalp ke saath vidroh kar sake. inhi kraanteekaari vichaaron ke kaaran valentine shirol ne svaameeji ko 'indiyn aranest' kaha.

aarya samaaj se jude log Bhaarat ki svatantrata ke saath-saath Bhaarat ki sanskruti, bhaasha, dharm, shiksha aadi ke kshetr mein sakriya roop se jude rahe. svaami dayaanand ki maatrubhaasha gujaraati thi aur unka sanskrut ka gyaan bahut achha tha, kintu keshav chandr sen ke salaah par unhone satyaarth prakaash ki rachana hindi mein ki. dayaanand ne satyaarth prakaash jaisa kraantikaari granth hindi mein rachakar hindi ko ek pratishtha di. aaryasamaaj ne hindi ko 'aryabhaasha' kaha aur sabhi aaryasamaajiyon ke liye iska gyaan aavashyak bataaya. dayaanand ji vedon ka ki vyaakhya sanskrut ke saath-saath hindi mein bhi ki. svaami shraddhaanand ne haani uthaakar bhi anek patra-patrikaaon ka prakaashan devanaagari lipi mein likhi hindi mein kiya jabki unka prakaashan pehle urdoo mein hota tha.[3]
